Hi,
I'm Kim and am looking for a new place to live.

I have a permanent full-time job with Qld Fisheries, no pets or kids.

I train at gym most nights a week after work and weekends are usually going for a swim, seeing friends and when it's on, live gigs.
Not a big drinker but will do so occasionally. Non smoker.

Prefer my own bathroom and to share with 1, maybe 2 others. I'm quiet but friendly. No party houses or pot smokers please (been there, done that).

Am looking for nice, stable, quiet place whilst I navigate the whole process of buying my own place. Who knows how long that will be but at least 3 months..
