About me
Hello, My name is Maria, a single woman in my forties. I am looking for a peaceful, quiet and very clean place in and around Ethelton (Port Adelaide - Semaphore).
I am modest, respectful, clean and a very quiet person who (needs to) spend a lot of time alone to charge myself up.
My first preference is a granny flat or something similar where I don't have to compromise my personal space.
I am looking for a longer stay.
My second choice would be a shared house with a private room and preferably own toilet. Furnished/semi-furnished room especially with a wardrobe, and room heating.
A shared kitchen - shelves and fridge.
Looking for a place for ONLY WOMEN (if shared), and a flatmate who keeps things tidy and clean.
NO drinking or smoking, NO PETS (except for fish/turtle), NO partying or loud noises.
I am an Educator at a reputed School in the Western suburbs. I spend most of my time indulging in art, writing, and reading.
The house I am currently living is on lease since 2023. I am always on time to pay rent. Invoices available. My lease expires in August 2026. I am looking to move out around July/ mid-August.
