I'm a Christian man, 69 years old and reliant on a full pension. Always on-time with rent. Keep my place/room clean and tidy and I'm very reliable. I'm a little quite. Somewhat introverted. So I am probably best suited to someone who likes their privacy, as I do. I need a room/place with my own bathroom or a granny flat situation. As I said I'm on a full pension and feel my situation is not one where my needs can be met here but I have a listing just in case. Must be in Hervey Bay (4655), as close to Scarness as possible, where my church is. I have a back injury that limits me somewhat, so I am not able to do heavy lifting or any work that is strenuous enough to effect my lower back.
Where I am staying now was meant only to be temporary. I help out here as best I can by mowing and edging the lawns . I also help with cleaning at my church. Drew
PS. Preferably, I am hoping for a place with a Christian family or person. If you have room in your back yard, I may even be able to build a granny flat for myself to live in. My listed budget is inclusive of utilities and internet. I will also seriously consider entering into a dual rental house with the right person. That is, signing a lease agreement with someone else.
