I am on the lookout for a friendly, relaxed home, somewhere with good energy, a bit of sunshine, ideally a nice yard, and close to the beach (Coolum beach).

A little about me: I love being outdoors, going for daily beach walks, spending time in nature, and catching up with my girls group. I’m pretty balanced between enjoying social time and also valuing my own space and quiet moments.

Ideally after:
• Max $300/week (bills included)
• Furnished if possible (but flexible!)
• A space that feels like home, with kind, easygoing people

I’m looking for somewhere preferably close to the beach and has good vibes.
