Owned, rented and currently have a flatmate from this site at Brisbane Northside home address for past 12 months (which i am keeping and splitting my time each week between properties).

Seeking Flatemate(s) that takes pride in his/her living environment, and looking for an easy going flatmate(s) to share 3-4 days a week when i am here on Sunshine Coast.

I do have a female long term partner that will stay 1-2 nights on occassions. I also have a miniature pure bred (non allergenic) Poodle that is fully vaccinated and desexed. His name is Mate, now 3 years old, house trained and does not bark! Mate is well socialised with people and others pets of all ages. We spend alot of time together socialising at Currumundi Beach

I work full-time from home as a Business Services Manager for a construction company, hence splitting my time between locations. My preference is a house, duplex/townhouse to share or argranny flat.

Whilst i am seeking a place longer term, i am accepting of a shorter term to see how we get along. Open to your suggestions.
