Hi! I’m looking for a friendly, comfortable share house with one other female.

I’m looking for a spacious and preferably unfurnished room, as I’d like to bring my own furniture, including a computer desk, etc.

I'd also really like to find something with secure parking.

I enjoy socialising and would like to be friends with the person I live with. I also really value boundaries and alone time, so I’m very respectful of personal space. I’m clean, considerate, and easy to live with, and I always take good care of shared areas.

I’m also open to teaming up with someone like-minded who’s also looking for a rental and might want to find a place together.
