Easy going, social, sport, gym, travel, movies, outdoors, food, beer, wine and rum. Very well house trained, clean and tidy and respectful of housemates.
I'm very easy to get along with, have a great sense of humour and take pride in my surroundings. I'd like to live with someone who is mature/responsible & also likes to have a nice, clean house. I need at least 2 rooms for myself (bedroom and office). Furnished or unfurnished is fine (I have furniture but can dispose of if not required). I'm an office professional who works long hours and isn't looking for a party household but hopefully find some people to live with of similarish age. Must live with a non smoker. Happy to move in to an existing home or a new lease somewhere. Needs to be no more than 10-15 mins from Townsville City. Most importantly I have 2 small beautiful pug dogs, so needs to be somewhere where there is grass and they will be secure and safe both when I'm home and when I'm not.
Hey! I'm Taylor. I'm 24 years old and work for Qantas. I'm relocating from Sydney to Townsville and looking for a room to rent or a roommate to team up with. I enjoy being social and a night out, I also love to stay in and relax. I work shift work so I'll be gone early mornings a lot but home by 8 most nights. I enjoy the gym, sun, walks, coffee, good food. I'm very chill and will just adjust to who I live with. Preferably a female roommate but am open to sharing with a guy. Looking to be social and make friends with who I live with, not just ignore each other and not be able to have a laugh. Looking for 6 months- a year. Let me know if you'd be keen! Feel free to send me a message! My start date is 18th April, but I can pay rent prior to that as I'd like to fly a few things up before having to drive my car! Thanks and hopefully hear from you sooooooon! X Tay
Single mum with a 4mth old, seeking accommodation in quiet safe area for few months to get back up on my feet and find a new direction. Clean, responsible, reliable. Dont mind house sitting or house caring, love helping out in the garden or however i can. Guess you could say at this point in my life i am soul searching.
I’m about to move to Townsville to start my career and was either looking to move into a share house with people or willing to rent a place with someone (preferably someone around the same age). Send me a message if this sounds like an option to you :}
Hey, my name's Lindsey, I'm a Brit visiting Townsville for 3 months working at a local research institute (CSIRO) as part of my PhD. I'm a 30 yr old male (despite the girl's name 😊) who's easy going, into outdoor activities (mainly rock climbing) and keen to explore a bit of Queensland. I am currently traveling through New Zealand, but will fly over to Townsville on the 26th March. Looking for a place with fun housemates near to JCU.
Hey! Moved from Bris to Townsville Jan 2017 for a work promotion. I have been renting my own 2-bed apartment. I’m about to sell my Bris property and trying to decide what to do. Do I buy in Townsville? Do I invest money in other ways and keep renting? Stay where I am coz it’s cheap or move somewhere nicer? Stay solo or move in with someone to cut the rent costs and make new friends? These are the questions rolling around my head. I’m a high school teacher (curriculum leader). I work long hours and if I can find the motivation I might resume my post-grad Uni study this year (degree no.4). When I’m not working/studying I like to be active. Adventure sports are my thing (like obstacle course racing) and i like to get to the gym or go for a run/walk/swim on a regular basis. Keen to meet potential gym/training buddies. I’m a fairly chilled person, always up for a laugh!
Been living out of home for nearly 5 years, have all the ins and outs sorted. Clean, take care of myself and easy going. Am relocating to Townsville for university. Try not to spend too much time at home anyhow, either working, gym or adventuring am also nuts about fishing, so if there’s somewhere to park my boat, that’s definitely a win. Set date on profile for end of May, but am completely flexible with when I head to Townsville, basically trying to find somewhere to live around that time before finally setting a date and moving.
Hi! I'm an undergraduate Biology student moving from the UK to Townsville for my Industrial Placement (Sandwich) Year. I'm looking for somewhere to live within close proximity of James Cook University, where I can then catch a minibus to work. A few of my main interests are SCUBA diving (which led me here in the first place), sports like football and cricket, and as a random fact I'm also big on acting/performing arts. Besides these main loves I also enjoy going to the gym, exploring new places and going to bars and club - responsibly of course! As a housemate I'm super clean, always respectful and I know when to shut up. I also love animals and would welcome any pets with loving arms! I can't wait to move to Townsville and I hope you'll share this excitement so drop me a message! Cheers, Charlie
I’m a 26yo Dutchie working here in Townsville. Loves a good joke, hanging with friends, a cold beer and dogs. I enjoy cooking and i like my place neat and clean. Always up for some fun but respect each others privacy. Don’t mind a house with dogs but i hate cats.
I love to make people laugh and I love to cook for people as well as seeing them enjoy my cooking. I am currently unemployed but I am looking for work as I have just recently moved back to Townsville. I am a great listener I am always there when people need me and I always need to keep myself occupied so doing my fair share of cleaning is not a problem
Im a genuine down to earth guy, can keep to myself when need be but also enjoy being social and meeting new people. Work full time Monday - Friday and try to make the most of my spare time. Enjoy the outdoors and trying to stay active. Hoping to find an existing share house or to start one myself with another person.
Easy going, friendly & tidy. Bray works full time as a mechanic, I'm in the process of joining the Army. Both originally from Townsville. We are pretty quiet enjoy socialising and one or two drinks.
Hey! :) I'm moving up to Townsville at the beginning of April to start a new permanent job at the hospital, as a medical physicist. I'm easy going, respectful, clean and tidy, and I'd like to find some similarly minded sociable housemates. I'm from Brisbane, I used to be a high school teacher, so I'm young at heart, I've spent quite a few years at uni and consequently lived in a couple of share houses before. Before uni I was an engineer on a steam train, so I can be handy around the house! :) I don't have any pets but I'm happy to get to know yours, don't smoke, usually keep drinking to the weekends and prefer to only have a few when I do. I sometimes play a bit of guitar, but you don't need to worry about noise because it's an electric and I play it though headphones. I want to join a gym at some stage so bonus points if I can live with a gym partner! Tell me about yourself? ^_^
Hello ! I've been allocated to conduct shift work in Townsville to work for a year or so. I am a clean and respectful person. I do love time to myself, I am relatively quite, however I am always up for a chat :). I love to go on adventures in my spare time and experience new things. I am also into fitness and love to workout both in the gym and outdoors, not into the party scene. I am looking for a house to call my new home, and hopefully make life long mates !
I have recently moved from Brisbane :) looking for a room to rent with young people around my age to help meet new people :) Im 27 and im outgoing.. fun.. easy to get along with and live with. Enjoy going out but not a huge party animal just a very social happy person and love getting out and about.
