I'm a clean, tidy, quiet, non smoker. I’m an Adelaide home owner, looking for a place in or near North Narrabeen from about 26 Dec to about 4 Jan to spend some time with a friend in North Narrabeen. Or alternatively from late Jan for 1-8 weeks. I’m a clean, quiet, tidy non smoker, 40+, employed as a planner by my local gov. For this initial period furnished would be preferable, though not essential. Later I may be interested in longer term accommodation in the area. Needs to be be quiet at night and have quiet aircon. Ideally self contained sole occupancy. It should be suitable to work quietly at home a few days a week. Off street parking would be good, under cover better still, and secure would be ideal. I usually go home to Adelaide for a about a week about monthly to look after my house.
