Looking for a settled and quiet household and space to live happily and enjoyably. i am seeking own bathroom/ensuite and AC in bedroom a must. 57 YO guy who is in permanent work and likes to stay fit and healthy. Eats well and is well. Very active on the water and have a camper so I venture away regularly. Enjoy a quiet drink, footy, cricket, smoking chunks of meat, BBQ and all the things blokes bring to the table. Good, simple living. I am easy to be around and very clean, tidy, organised and respectful of others who are the same. I raised two kids and ex-wife and know the value and need of cleaning up after yourself and want to be in an environment where that approach is shared. I am not afraid of housework and am house proud no matter where I live.
I lead a pretty active existence and have a great SOH and enjoy a chat as much as my own company.

I'm seeking a home on the outer northside of Brissy. I have plenty of the usual possessions in storage to aid the household I join if needed but I am currently disposing of household items and furniture I won't need in a share house scenario for the foreseeable future.

Highly trustworthy and respectful of others and a good communicator hoping to lodge with a male or female. Prefer a max 2 person household but open to offers.
