Hey! I’m Jasmine 😊 I work full-time in the community services, so my weeks are pretty structured, but I’m big on balance.

I’m friendly, respectful, and easy to live with. I enjoy a chat, but I also really value personal space and quiet time. Outside of work I like going to the gym, reading, beach walks, hiking and the occasional spontaneous fun plan.

I’m reliable with rent and bills, mindful of shared spaces, and I communicate openly if anything comes up. Ideally looking for a place that feels like a home, not just a house, with likeminded people who are considerate and grounded.
