Non-smoker, non-drinker, non-drugs, reliable, clean, friendly. My main priority is to be unobtrusive and to pay the rent on time. I don't need much, a bed and access to a bathroom and I'm set. I'm out a lot of the day and don't know many people in the area, so there won't be visitors. I'm mainly unemployed due to some underlying health issues, back pain etc, but these issues won't affect who I happen to live with in any negative manner. I spend most of my home time reading, writing and watching tv. I don't need much in terms of furnishings but a bed being available would be nice but not essential, I can arrange one. Location wise I'm flexible, as long as the accommodation is near public transport i'm set. Anywhere near Adelaide would be good.Feel free to ask me anything else you want to know.
