I'm Yasser Magdara, 33 years old, male, who just got my working visa as a Physiotherapist. I don't smoke and am just an occasional drinker (usually 1-2 bottles twice a month). My hobbies include working out, playing basketball, and traveling with friends. I don't have a car for now since I haven't converted my overseas driver's license. I'm just on my own and have no dependents. As for the scheduled rental payments, I always pay on or before the deadline since I am now working so there will be no issue with that. I am willing to have a site inspection once approved by the council and if agreed, I will immediately take the available room.
