FLATMATES WOULDN'T LET ME ADD HER AS A CO-HABITANT - HOWEVER PLEASE BE AWARE I AM SEEKING A ROOM FOR MYSELF AND MY INFANT DAUGHTER. SHE IS PRESENTLY 12 WEEKS OLD.

Seeking a large room for myself and my daughter to share whilst I am in Bendigo for work. SHORT TERM only required, as the work is seasonal and only from November 18th til Xmas. It is a managers role so will have me working Mon - Fri and reasonably long hours.

I will be placing Evie with a nanny / baby sitter (so if you were also open to providing this service, I would of course pay additional fees) so she won't be a bother during the day. At night she tends to sleep from midnight til 7am without waking, but obviously this can't be guaranteed. In general she is a happy, fuss-free baby.

Due to the short-term nature of the stay, furnished is prefered please, even just a single bed is fine. I will supply the necessary furniture etc for Evie.

Own vehicle, so public transport access is not a concern.

Happy to consider a home with pets.

-Non-smoker, only drink on the odd occasion and never to excess, never done drugs but no judgement to those who do.
-Very open minded, laid back and been told I am easy to get along with.

Prefer for bills to be included as that way it is one payment and no more to worry about.
