Looking for a room or a place

Hi, i am a 24 year female working full time. I am very neat quiet and well mannered person and mostly at work or asleep. I work full time as manager in retail store.
My partner is 32 year old. He works part time to full hours depending when his work needs him. He is very neat, well mannered and quiet person. We will do how ever long is required. Happy to do 6 months than extend it if all good. Our limit is $300 per week if it’s a room or $350 per week if a house to ourself, can be flexible if good room.
