My partner and I are looking for a cozy place near the city for 3–6 months while I am based at the University of Adelaide.
We're easygoing, friendly, and respectful tenants who enjoy a quiet home environment. We're not big partiers and generally prefer relaxed evenings at home. We like to keep things tidy and take good care of where we live—I've never failed a house inspection! We're responsible tenants who take pride in maintaining a clean, well-kept home and treating any property as if it were our own.
We're looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to call home during our time in Adelaide and would be interested in renting the entire property if available.
