Thanks for considering me!

I'm Matthew, a 30 year old Senior Education Advisor working in Adelaide city and run a business in the evenings working on the production for 3 music festivals across Adelaide Sydney and Brisbane (a joy and interest of mine) so when I am home, I'm very chill - get along well and always up for an interesting conversation or a chat.

In the mornings I try to get to the gym, sometimes it actually works! Because of my job I like to come home and put on some music or a good movie and decompress and I love to cook - a lot of Mediterranean lately.

I don't smoke, I might have a glass of prosecco or a whiskey in social situations but I don't

My hobbies include architecture and CAD Design, festival and experience design, forgetting what I read in Sapiens: A brief history of humankind (weirdly also my favorite book so still working that out), random drives through the hills and finding myself back at Glenelg for dinner and travelling with my most recent trip being a spontaneous flight to Vietnam for two weeks and a trip to Fiji coming up. As well as preparing for my Skydiving license.

I'm very open-minded, very clean, very non-judgemental (it takes a LOT to phase me) and don't have any gripes about you coming home and doing whatever you want. I firmly believe living together is about removing friction so if you're coming home at 2 in the morning, that's amazing. You should be able to enjoy yourself.

I have trips interstate and overseas in the next six months meaning you'll have a chance to enjoy the house for weeks at a time without me being there and the rent still being paid within the same 10-minutes every single week without fail.

I'll also chip in for food and drink if people come over, always happy to clean up and will look after the place immaculately so you're never worrying if things are out of order.

My days start early so I can respectfully leave and looking for an enjoyable living situation!
