Jay

Hi, my name is Jay. I’m 24 years old and originally from Korea.

I’m currently on my third-year Working Holiday visa. I recently finished working as a Trades Assistant on a demolition site in Perth and am now taking a short break while looking for my next job.

From the 29th, I’ll be attending an English language school in the Perth CBD, so I’ll have a regular weekday routine.

I’m tidy, reliable, and respectful of shared spaces. I like to keep common areas clean and organised, and I really value a calm and comfortable home environment. During the week I live a fairly quiet lifestyle, but I’m always friendly and happy to chat.

In my free time, I enjoy going to the gym, cooking simple meals, and studying English. I’m looking for a household where everyone respects each other’s privacy while also being open, considerate, and easy-going.
