I’m looking for a place that will be a cosy home. I’m very clean and friendly, and I work part time and study marketing, so I’m always busy. I’m ideally looking for a room that is $300 weekly including bills, but i’m flexible on this. I am also flexible on the location, but would like something 30 minutes to the city.
