I’m Lea, 25, and I’ve just made the move down from the Sunshine Coast and the start of this year ☺️

I’m on the lookout for a beautiful new space to call home, as my current living situation unfortunately fell through and my lease is expected to end 22/01/2026

A little about me—

I work full-time Monday to Friday, and when I’m not working you’ll usually find me training at the gym, soaking up the sun at the beach, or out and about living an active lifestyle. I’m super social, always down for a good chat, beach walk, movie night, or spontaneous dinner plans—
but I also really respect alone time and value a peaceful home environment.

I pride myself on being clean, reliable, drama-free, and easy to live with. I don’t drink or smoke, and I don’t have pets at the moment but I have been looking at adding a little puppy to keep me company but for now just me and just good energy and positive vibes!

I’d absolutely love to live with like-minded girls who are friendly, uplifting, and love a good laugh. Whether you're looking for a housemate who keeps to herself or someone to become a genuine friend, I can happily adapt and bring the best of both worlds. I’m all about creating a home where everyone feels comfortable, supported, and genuinely happy to be there.

Ideally looking for a room that’s available now or within the next 2–3 weeks in Labrador or Southport (preferred areas), with a budget of up to $350 p/week.

But open to other areas ( Burleigh , palm beach ,Robina,…)
