Hello, my name is Guillermo. I am 23 years old. I am a civil engineering graduate from Peru, analytical and detail‑oriented, with a creative side for branding and design. I am moving to Byron Bay to study English at Lexis starting in January, and I am looking to rent a room from January 17th onwards.
