Hello! I'm Jess, British (27 yrs) and my boyfriend Alejo (30 yrs) is Argentinian/French. We are coming over on a working holiday visa- Alejo is an architect/photographer (mainly surf & lifestyle photography) and I'm a yoga teacher/ dancer. We have been living in Sri Lanka the past year working as a surf photographer/ yoga teacher and we have chosen Australia as our next place to continue creating work! We live quite a creative life and are easy going people. We love surfing, photography, yoga, dance and being in the outdoors. We also love good company, live music, and good food and wine! We plan to be in Australia for one year from the end of June/ start of July, so we are happy to negotiate short or long term let. Ask away if you would like to know more!
I'm almost always laughing and down for a pizza night any day of the week. I'd love to live with someone who can show me around the surf breaks.
Hi! I'm a Canadian living in Surfers Paradise for the last year. Lived in Sydney and Melbourne as well :) My lease is ending July 27 so I need a new place for short term. I would prefer to have my own bedroom and not a shared room. I really enjoy being outdoors, trying new things, and travelling. I love to be out exploring new places, and meeting new people. Don't get me wrong though, I also love random occasional days spent binge watching a show and eating all my favourites. What girl doesn't?!? I love live music, festivals, hiking, camping, and cooking. I am super outgoing and love to socialize, so I'm always up for meeting new fun people. I prefer to live a drama free life and am a pretty easy going person. I cannot live with cats (allergic) but I love dogs!! I am a tidy roomie so would love to live with others who are the same. Not OCD about cleaning, but I do love to have a tidy home. I am respectful, chill, open-minded and cooperative so I would like my roommates to be the same. I am always up for a good chat, beer, wine, or hangout. However, I also do enjoy some privacy and 'me' days, and will respect your privacy as well.
Hello Hello I am self employed working full time in two industry ( will be going to Brisbane once a week ). 38 years old ( not into parting, don’t drink much alcohol ) I am easy to get along with. Love to have a laugh and chat, also enjoy time of my own and in my own space. I am moving down from Brisbane QLD. It was time for a change. I love the hinterlands. I would love to Meet and create awesome friendships. I have interest in Dance/ sisterhood / creativity/ nature ( so if you have a place with lots of trees , I am sure to love it ) I am clean and tidy. So excited to be part of a home where we all contribute to make it feel relaxed, peaceful and homely. I would love to live with females, but open to it being female and males. Look forward to having a place to call home
Sam and I are independent and easygoing people. Sam is a chef, employed full time as an executive overseeing three restaurants in the byron area. Kim is a freelance photographer and artist. We both love the beach, cooking at home, live music, laughing and meeting new awesome people! Keen to make a home here and embrace all that a Byron lifestyle has to offer! Cheers.
I'm seeking long-term accomodation in and around Byron area to start end of July/start of August. Ideally within 15-20 mins drive of Byron as I work part-time in town. I have a clean rental history and references for you to look at if you like. My ideal room would have a built-in robe, be unfurnished but allow room for a queen bed, music gear, and be bright and airy. Looking to pay between $150 and $200 inclusive of bills, possibly more for the right place. About me, I'm a 20 year old gal with a love for the ocean, music, outdoors and anything that makes my hands dirty (paints, charcoal, gardening etc). I eat plant-based, mostly organic foods and enjoy playing around in the kitchen. Preferably, I'd like to share with people of the same age with the similar ideals. I enjoy a good night out with friends but you'll mostly find me curled up with a tea, watching a doco or reading a book. I'm a mumma to a 2 year old Australian Shepard who is deaf and reliant on my cuddles and training to get by so ideally I'd need a roomie and owner that will love and allow him to be a part of their family too. He's pretty quiet, fluffy, and considers himself to be a lap dog, and he wouldn't need a huge backyard, just room to do his business in a fenced in area If you think you'd like to house share with me please feel free to message me :)
Hi! 😊 I'm a professional muso, gigging the East Coast on weekends. I'm currently also studying digital photography online and about to start another course at Kingscliffe Tafe starting in July. My friends say I'm funny, spiritual, creative, honest, respectful & communicative.. and I agree with them 😊 I've lived in sharehouses before and understand the dynamics of respecting personal & shared spaces, honest communication, financial responsibilities & contribution. I'd be away most weekends and in study mode most weekdays with spurts of social activities like dinners and enjoy bodyboarding and brisk walks when I can. I'm looking for either a big bedroom or space for music/camera/office use. A small studio if you will. Maybe a garage or study if bedroom isn't big enough. Anything else, just ask 😊
We are a young couple of professionals that love travelling and sharing an exciting life full of new experiences and adventures. We are from Chile, Francisco had recently finished his Master degree at the UNSW in Sydney and Maximiliano is a communication specialist who used to work in the Chilean Ministry of foreigns affairs in subjects mainly related to social and sustainable development like Poverty overcoming. We are now going through a backpackers, working casual, saving and Oz enjoying stage of life (while we arrange our future steps in our careers). However, we like things well organised, and we don`t want to end up in a backpackers party place; we like to live in a place where thing are in order, tidy, always clean, people respect each other and know how to enjoy life and good moments without bothering who is around. We also love preparing yummy dinner every night and sharing a glass of wine with a good conversation with our flatmates. We are keen on taking the best of this experience in Brisbane to get to know great people; hopefully, good friends, to enjoy living together at home when we are around and even arranging some trips out to the beach, to the outback or anything worth experiencing in Brisbane surroundings. Francisco & Maximiliano

I like to make music, have good conversations, share good food (I cook) and coffees. Like being in nature and go out for a run several times a week. I play didgeridoo and love to read. I dont smoke but i like a glass of wine every now and then.
Hi, looking for a lovely home - somewhere quiet and calm and cat friendly for my gorgeous indoor, house trained cat Lily and me! Ideally a vegetarian/vegan home. I'm a primary school teacher, also studying Steiner Education part time. When I'm not working and studying I love cooking, yoga, beach walks...
Artist / musician / teacher / Counselor / minister ... still traveling but looking for a peaceful home base. We are creative, caring, sense of honour, discrete, acknowledge sense of 'your own space'. Non-smokers, not loud, easy-going. Home is sanctuary. We have interesting global stories to tell, and yet covet 'our own space'. We are particular about the shared kitchen being kept super-clean, so our preference is a self-contained space that doesn't put that pressure on you! Just looking for somewhere light, bright, fresh and restful. Walking distance to a thriving cafe culture would be a bonus. Walk to the beach and hear the ocean at night would be bliss.
Hey! I'm a hairdressing apprentice in Ballina. Looking for somewhere I can feel at home! Smoking doesn't bother me, pets are cool, vego or not I respect your beliefs. Into footy (afl) and music! Smith St, Camp Cope, Johnny Cash. Easy to get along with :)
I'm Giulia an italian photographer, working with film camera. I develop my film and work as well in dark room. I'm actually 25 years old and I'm considering move to Byron Bay in October or November '17 with a Working Holiday Visa. I don't have Facebook but i'm on instagram, so if you're interested we can get in touch there and i can tell you further about me. I come from Puglia, a region situated in South Italy, a sunny and quiet place, people here's are simple and no stressed as in big city and I can considered myself as a enthusiastic, gentle and chatty person. I love watching things, discover coincidences in details, I'm a reflexive person, someone interested in existential questions. I love reading and listening to music, mostly psychedelic rock, minimalism, jazz and funk. I've lived for three years in Paris, then I decided to come back in my hometown, Paris was too grey and sad, I really need to restore and regenerate me. I've a bachelor in Literature, define myself as a feminist and whatever else? I could write even more, that's another of my passion...anyway free feel to contact me if you're interested in my profile or if you wanna ask me further infos about me. Ps: I'm vegetarian but I'm open-minded to everyone...Freedom and mutual respect as ones of the most important qualities in life. :)
We are Robin and Elizabeth from London, England. We have spent the past six months traveling through Asia and Indonesia finally reaching Australia to make a new home! We live a healthy lifestyle, love being outdoors, vegetarian cooking and red wine! We are looking for a place with a double bedroom and ideally own bathroom and outdoor communal space! We love animals so are more than happy to share with anyone that has pets. Here's a little bit about both of us: Elizabeth I grew up on a farm in Sussex, the south of England surrounded by nature and wildlife. Since university I have been living in London working in the creative industries and am a qualified yoga teacher. After many years of city life I am excited to make a change in a different part of the world. I'm interested in alternative and natural ways of living I have a love for Yoga, meditation, the arts, photography, anything creative! Robin I was born in Yorkshire in the north of England before moving to London after university. I work as a Project Manager in building and development. I love to travel and meet new people. I love music and play the guitar.
I am quiet, clean, considerate and honest. I always pay my rent on time and have reference's from real estates. The only thing that is that I do have pets; a small dog and two cats. They are all house trained and lovely natured. My dog gets on with other dogs and my cats don't kill any wildlife. I study part-time online and work in the front office of a resort. I can be social at times but I also like my own space. I actually don't go out that much and would probably suit a more settled non-party house hold. The things I do enjoy are reading, the beach, animals and movies. I hate to sound demanding but I will most likely need my own bathroom, I do have a kitty litter and I am sure other housemates won't appreciate that ha!
I'm easy going, fun and friendly, Im a British backpacker from a town called Dover, just moved here and love it already. In the process of quitting the smoking and doing really well. I know my budget isn't huge just looking for something's cheaper than living in a hostel. Working at the Byron Bay services club and plan on staying in town for a while. Please get in touch and I look forward to hearing from you.
