My name's Matt and I'm a working professional looking for a place surrounded by nature and preferably in a granny flat or room with ensuite. Laid back, social (but not keen on living with people who party all the time), and open-minded, I'm available any time until May when my current rental property will be renovated.
I'm a cool guy from Sweden that just arrived to Byron. My plan is to live here for 1-2 years. I will work part time (Working Holiday) and I spend most of my time trying to surf, skate and also practice some yoga. I am right now living in a campervan with my girlfriend checking the area out. (She is not looking for a room because she will return to Sweden soon). Non smoking. Stable economy. Not so much interesting in party but it happens. Basically up to surf, skate and yoga. I am looking for a shared house/apartment where I can make some new friends.
Hi everyone, look no further the perfect housemate is here right before your eyes. I am a 20year old female and work as an aged care nurse who is looking to live in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. I am clean and considerate and reliable housemate looking for similar people to live with. Now thats all said now its time for the important part I am young and work hard therefore I enjoy a sneaky wine on a weekend, but only have a few friends which means you can come home knowing you wont walk in on a bunch of sorority girls playing drunken twister or jock named 'Trent' downing a beer bong. I am single which means you will never be awake at 3am listening to a pointless argument that stemmed from an Instagram like on a chicks photo. I believe in sharing my cheese with fellow housemates when faced with the potential harm of a cheeseless toastie and i'm sure as anything believe (for your kidneys sake) you may borrow my milk if it avoids drinking a black coffee. Most importantly, I'm looking at living With housemates not Against. Im about good vibes and happy times :) I have baggage of 4 resilient plants and a guitar. Please feel free to drain my pathetic battery life of my phone with you notifications and messages Cheers Renae
I'm an easy going uni student who wants to create good vibes in a new home. I work part time as a surf coach and study full time at SCU. I'm pretty quiet and like to do my own thing but I love a chat and would be keen for family dinners while listening to some classic records, Always keen for adventures to the beach. I'm non confrontational and considerate of others. If issues arise, I'm happy to deal with them and get on with it without drama I have the best dog ever, a husky x boarder collie who you will fall in love with immediately. He's extremely well behaved and and needs a good pet friendly home. Price and length of lease is all negotiable. If there's anything I've forgotten, just ask Hope to hear from y'all :)

Hey there, I am currently looking for a room, a peaceful place to call home in beautiful Byron Bay, as I'll be attending a yoga teacher training here for the next 12 months. I am an open minded, mature, tidy and respectful person; a non smoker, vegetarian and animal lover who finds great joy in the simple things: long beach walks, cooking, the arts, reading, music and- of course- yoga and meditation. Originally from Germany, I am well travelled and have also lived in Switzerland and Western Australia for several years. Being 36 I am beyond the party years and have been enjoying the benefits of a healthy, conscious and mindful lifestyle for quite some time :) Looking forward to hearing from like minded people, who're looking for a pleasant housemate to share their living space with Cheers, Christine

Hello everyone, I'm from the USA traveling around the world. I was in the military back home so being clean is second nature. Im really just a simple chill nice guy that can get along with anyone. I don't work really but I do have income coming in, so paying bills on time is no problem. I spend most of my time outside doing anything cause it's better than being inside. While I'm in Byron I plan on surfing(beginner) as much as possible, would be great if I had someone to go with every once in awhile.
I'm very easy-going, clean, responsible, respectful and super-friendly! I'm also a musician, so I'm looking to share with fellow music-lovers, or those who just don't mind hearing some acoustic tunes playing from the bedroom! I currently spend most days busking, but will be looking at picking up some work as soon as I secure a place. I'll only need the room until about June/July, as I have a campervan and will be hitting the road to do some travelling during the cooler months. Alternatively, if you have a space available for me to park my van, as long as I have access to basic amenities, that could also work for me! 💕

I'm over the Sydney life, so have decided to move up to north coast NSW. I'm looking for a room for about 6 months while I check out the real estate. I'm a self-employed digital strategist and life coach with clients in Sydney, so I'll be flying back one week out of four. I'm a bit of a neat freak but also laid back. Spiritual but not religious, meditate often and live authentically. I have plenty of friends for references and all my own furniture (but that can stay in storage for the time being if necessary). I'm looking for a cool, cruisey person to share an awesome home with.
I'm an easygoing guy, relaxed and enjoy spending time in the surf or in the mountains adventuring. Independent, self sufficient and know how to clean up after myself and keep a nice place to come home to. Not a big drinker, 420 friendly. One of us is a crane operator and the other two of us will be looking for work waitressing or doing marketing.
Hello future housemates, I'm 32 and looking for a place to live in the Byron / Tweed area, preferably close to the beach. I am a full time uni student and also work part time so I keep myself busy. I have lived in many great share houses over the years and know what makes a happy, harmonious home. I am easy going, clean and quiet around the house, friendly and get along well with new people, am reliable with rent/bills and cleaning, and don't have any pets. In my spare time I like to surf, bush walk, play guitar, read and travel. I am a social person but also enjoy my own space at times too. I am looking for a quiet room in a clean, functional, friendly share house, and am ready to move ASAP. If you have something available or are interested in starting a share house together, please feel free to contact me.
Hi! I'm a Canadian traveller living in Surfers Paradise for the last 7 months. Lived in Sydney and Melbourne as well :) My lease is ending Jan 23 so I need a new place if I don't find someone to renew my lease with. Willing to do short or long term stay even team ups for a new house or apt share, however I would prefer to have my own bedroom and not a shared room. I really enjoy being outdoors, trying new things, and travelling. I love to be out exploring new places, and meeting new people. Don't get me wrong though, I also love random occasional days spent binge watching a show and eating all my favourites. What girl doesn't?!? I love live music, festivals, hiking, camping, and cooking. I am a great cook and can make a mean seafood dish!! I am super outgoing and love to socialize, so I'm always up for meeting new fun people or entertaining. I prefer to live a drama free life and am a pretty easy going person. I cannot live with cats (allergic) but I love dogs!! I am a tidy roomie so would love to live with others who are the same. Not OCD about cleaning, but I do love to have a tidy home. I am respectful, chill, open-minded and cooperative so I would like my roommates to be the same. I am always up for a good chat, beer, wine, or hangout. However, I also do enjoy some privacy and 'me' days, and will respect your privacy as well. I would love to move into a home and not just a space, so I would prefer to live with those would be up for a chat or hangout now and then.
I'm 26, and have been living and working in Byron for a year and a half. My current lease is ending on the 5th of Feb, so I'm looking for a new space to call home. I study counselling/psychotherapy online so somewhere calm and peaceful would be ideal, although I do enjoy socialising and having a good chat too. I consider myself friendly and outgoing, with a passion for health and nature. I love the beach, bushwalking, poetry, writing, reading, cooking and generally having a good time with good people :)
Hey there :) I'm looking to move from Brisbane to be by the beach. I have a dog called django who is a 3yr old lab who is well trained and loves everyone and everything. I work part time as a massage therapist, starting a business called Journey Outdoors In Nature with 2 other people and also studying pschosomatic therapy. I'm easy going (haha I feel everyone says that), happy to keep to myself but also love to share meals, stories and mugs and use anything as an excuse to go to the beach. I am fairly flexible with the length of stay and of course would love to extent the time if it's working out for everyone.
My soul is calling me to move further south (currently based on property in the Gold Coast hinterland). I am looking for a unfurnished studio/granny flat/1 bedroom place Or shared accommodation with a option of a second room with a office in northern nsw from mid march onwards. I am open to a lot of areas, even farming. So please contact me with whatever you got, budget can be stretched for the right place, with good energy. I am drug free and alcohol free and I work from home as a psychic medium, healer also currently studying astrology. I know and understand what I do isn't every bodies jam and that's totally ok I take no offends. 95% of my clients are international over Skype and FaceTime which requires someone respectful of what I do and NBN to make this business happen. I also occasionally use singing bowls that do make noise so it would awesome to live with someone who understand and is ok with a little extra sound vibrational healing and can read clients till 10pm at night which is why a office behind a closed door is perfect. Little bit more about me, I'm 31 and I enjoy making pizza, acai berry and Buddha bowls (you will be well fed around me it's my mothering side) good company, reading, clean and tidy but not anal, I am also very tech savvy so a hippy nerd even lol. I have a blue card to work with children not a posed to living with them and I love and adore animals (so something's with horses or farming would be epic #justsaying) I enjoy doing washing (I know what a weirdo right?) dishes not so much (high five to the person who invented the dishwasher) I am vegetarian and no diary since Oct but don't expect anyone to eat the way I unless you eat maccas chicken nuggies in front of me I'll legit slap them tastey balls of happiness out of your fingers and fight you for them. #missnuggies. I also have my fur soulmate in the shape of almost 8 year old shar pei called Olly monster the wrinkle dog of happiness AKA Olly. He is 70-80% blind but with the most beautiful nature. House trained and obedient. Fine with children just not super keen on other dogs. So sharing with other dogs is kinda not gonna happen. *sad panda* I have references for myself and Olly as we are a package deal. A pretty awesome one at that. I have loaded some pictures of myself and who I am so you can get a real feel for who I am and see if I a line with you. Any questions please pm me. May the force be worth you and if you made it to the end bless you *high five*. ❤️
