The three of us have lived in the Northern Rivers for 4 years, and need to stay in the area for work (and absolutely love it here / never want to leave). We are very clean, can maintain any property and will respect all belongings/households as if they were our own. If there is any gardening required we are also happy to stay on top of it, Jess is a big green thumb. Our previous rental history is pristine and we are happy to share references should anyone be interested. Jess – Jess works full time with animals, loves anything crafty and taking Rue to explore new walks. Lachie – Lachie works from home, but enjoys any break in the schedule to go for a surf. Rue – Rue is a well behaved, 4 year old rescue dog, loves a snooze in the sun and roast chicken. Rue goes to work most days with Jess so isn’t often home. I am currently looking to relocate to the Ballina-Byron region from Albury-Wodonga on the NSW-Vic border. I will be working fulltime in administration (already have a job to go to). I am a home owner myself, so you can be assured that I can take pride in where I live and always make sure everything is clean & tidy. I have rescue Staffy X named Rocky who will be relocating with me. He is a very friendly dog, but he can be a little boisterous when he makes new doggo friends. Some small dogs are put off him, so living with other dogs around the 20kg+ mark would be ideal. He has never been aggressive. I love sport and love getting out exploring, but I do love kicking back at home as well. I am really looking forward to moving to this area and enjoying the warmer weather. I prefer to find a house as close as possible to Ballina as possible at this stage, but I am definitely open to different areas.
