Hello! I work full time in marketing in the CBD with the option to WFH 1-2 days a week. I train at the gym/BJJ most nights then spend the weekend cooking, chilling out, catching up with friends and resetting.

I am clean, tidy and respectful of others space, but equally happy to chat at any time. I live South atm and hoping to move closer to the city to shorten my daily commute and be closer to friends. I come with lots of positive rental history which I'm happy to provide as a reference.

I'm flexible living with different kinds of people but prefer a clean, tidy, friendly space with open communication.
