Hi! I’m relocating to Adelaide and looking for a share house in the CBD.

I’ve been in Australia for 3 years (city and regional), and I’m used to sharing with people who have different lifestyles and house dynamics. I work 40+ hours a week across two jobs as a duty manager and barista, so I won’t be home all the time.

When I’m home, I’m usually quiet and just rest or cook. I clean up straight after cooking/eating and keep shared areas tidy. I’m friendly and easy-going, but I also respect privacy and personal space. Non-smoker, no drugs.

I keep my room clean and shoes-off. I’m hoping to stay long-term and would like to start with 6 months first. References can be provided.
