Hi there! I'm a 39-year-old mum, and I’m looking for a room or a place to rent for myself and my 9-year-old daughter. We’re a fun, outgoing duo, recently relocated from Perth about four months ago. We’re well travelled, both active and love spending our days outdoors, especially at the beach—whether it’s swimming, exploring, or just enjoying the ocean.

Here’s a bit more about us:

Me: I’m a marketing consultant and social media manager, running my own online business. I usually work from cafes or local libraries so I'm always out and about during the day. I’m also looking for full-time employment opportunities (so I can buy a house) to stay busy and grounded.

My daughter: She's energetic, friendly, and loves having adventures. Whether it’s surfing, practicing her latest gymnastic moves, or just playing outdoors, she’s always up for it. Having grown up mostly living in share accommodation she has a vocab that will rival most adults, loves a chat and brings a fun, playful vibe to the house while also understanding and respectful of other peoples space.

Lifestyle: I don’t drink or smoke, in saying that I'm really social - I love activities, adventures, live music eating out and exploring! I take pride in maintaining a clean, tidy, and respectful living environment. I enjoy cooking and baking, so you’ll often smell something delicious in the kitchen!

Our personalities: We’re both outgoing, love to laugh, and appreciate a good mix of socialising and downtime. We’re easy to get along with and always respectful of others' space and boundaries.

We’re looking for a place where we can feel comfortable and at home, preferably close to nature or the beach, as that’s where we spend most of our time. We’re keen to find a welcoming and friendly household, ideally with like-minded people who enjoy an active lifestyle and appreciate a peaceful living environment.
