Hey there! I'm a 37-year-old guy who loves the simple life. I prefer living in a cozy studio where everything is within reach. By day, I work 'full time' for myself sometimes this looks like me in on the laptop all day, sometimes it's me being silly and having fun at the beach, at BJJ or recording content.

Don't worry, I'm a non-smoker and don't own any pets.

Generally, you'll find me pursuing my passions. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu gets my adrenaline pumping, while cycling lets me explore the world around me. And when the waves are calling, you'll find me riding them on my surfboard. I love teaching and sharing knowledge as well as cooking.

Music is another love of mine, and strumming my guitars is a source of great joy.
