G’day guys, After a recent split, I would like to move out of our home. Everything is totally fine but I just think it’s inappropriate to stay. I am after a room or place to live around the areas I’ve specified. To be honest I’d rather have somewhere that the housemate isn’t home much because my job is super hands on - the last thing I feel like doing is socialising when I’m done. I’m easy to live with and clean up after myself. I’m at work full time, usually at the beach on weekends - but I can’t stress enough id suit a FIFO person or someone who works or travels away. No offence haha. I’m normal, and will look after your stuff. I also have my own stuff. I like to cook and I love music. Cheers
I'm a 24 y.o. italian girl, moving to Australia to find a full time job. I'm sociable, respectful and clean :) I love cooking, sports, animals and stay outside in the nature. Looking for a room, max 3 flatmates.
Hello! I am in need of a room for 6 weeks between April 15th - May 26th as I will be doing a paramedic uni placement in Buderim. As I will be doing long shifts I will not be much of a presence, and really just need a space to sleep and keep my things(so that I do not need to travel back and forth to Brisbane). I do not need much apart from a bed and bathroom - if there is access to a kitchen that would be really helpful. The dates are set out by the university, so just taking a chance to see if anyone might have a room sitting vacant over this period. Please let me know if this is you :)
I am an easy going traveler, looking for somewhere to live near Maroochydore or Mooloolaba, preferably walking distance to the beach & public transport. Vegan or vegetarian household preferable. I am an early riser and work weekdays, prefer to chill on the weekends. I'm clean, tidy & happy to help with the up keep of cleaning common areas. I love coffee and reading books, and generally I'm a fairly quiet person. I enjoy traveling and completed a 7 week stay in an ashram in northern nsw Nov/Dec 2018 and studied YTT200. I am working full time hours until I travel to South America & Mexico in May and arrive back to Australia around July 27th. So therefore I will be looking for accommodation again, probably something between 6 to 12 months. I have a 15 year old son who lives with his dad on the GC, he may visit on the odd occasion for a night but most likely I will travel to see him instead. Please feel free to contact me for any further information or if you have something that may be suitable
im a bubbly and fun person. I like to socialise but also like to have time to myself. I have a dog so I spend majority of my time with him, he is also bubble and happy and loves attention. I work full time so away during the days and home in the afternoons/night.
Hi there! My name is Rhianna. I'm here to find a suitable home for my friend and I, for around 6 months at least. We can afford $180 a week each, as long as we can claim rent assistance which I believe is fair. We would love a home close to public transport, as we do go out and see friends and family quiet a bit. We also love meeting new people, and getting to know people. Preferably close to shops as we are both looking for work. Please feel free to message me if you have any offers for us and we will be more then willing to come and have a look at what you have to offer us. We are tidy, respectful and very happy ladies! We love the beach, children and animals! Also love a lazy day watching TV and hanging out 😊
Hi! I am a Spanish teacher 28 years old. I'm easygoing person, completely respectful and thoughtfull flatmate. I am a cheerful and reliable person. During the week I like chilling out at home or doing any plan with friends. On weekends I like socialising and having fun or travel some interesting place. I like music, healthy cooking, films...
I’m a kind bubbly person that loves exercise. I enjoy spending time at the beach and getting out doors but also appreciate a good lazy day. My other hobbies include cooking and discovering good eats. I love meeting new people and I’m up for a good chat anytime, but also respect people’s personal space. I am currently a full time student at USC studying mechanical engineering and I train every day. Because of this I won’t be home often nor will I use the bathroom much because I shower at training.
Hi, My name is Jamie and im looking for a room to rent for myself and my 8 year old dog milly. I am a full time uni student and a veteran who is on a fulltime pension so rent and bills on time is never a issue. I am quite laid back and always up for a chat but also very respectful of other space. I'm clean and tidy and considerate. Milly is a 8 year old Rotti x who is at that stage in life now where sleeping is of highest priority. She is a gentle old soul who loves everyone and everything and not a problematic dog at all. Look forward too hearing from you. Thanks J.
Hi, I'm a musician (keyboard and guitar) looking for short term accom on the Sunshine Coast until early April. I have a 3 day gig April 9-12 after which I'll be returning to Melbourne. I'm quiet and respectful. I usually practice with headphones on so noise wont be an issue. I like my own space but happy to have a cuppa and chat with housemates. Not looking for a party house. I love animals so if you have a dog or cat I'm more than happy with that :-)
I’m currently living in Melbourne but want to move up to the Sunny Coast to be closer to my mum and brother. I have lived out of home for a year and a half and was told I’m a great person to live with. I’m respectful, I do my share of the chores around the house and I am fairly tidy. I have a fun personality and I’m very down to earth. I am a bit of a fitness freak, I go to the gym 4-5 nights a week. My hobbies include going for long walks, road trips to different beaches and waterfalls, sightseeing, swimming, journal writing and fashion. I currently work in retail. I will be driving up from Melbourne on the 29th of April and I will be leaving my pets in Melbourne with my Dad. You’re welcome to contact me if you have any questions at all :)
Hi there! I'm moving literally direct from Chile middle of March. I will arrive at Brisbane airport and travel immediately to SC. I will need a place right away, so I can't inspect places before moving in. Lots of pictures and a good description about the place and flatmates will really help. I am financially secure for a couple of MONTHS with savings and goods at home, so no problem paying rent ON TIME while I find a job. You can always ask me whatever you might need to know and if you want to keep reading more about me... --------------------------------- About me: I'm a Medical Scientist who looks forward to working fulltime. Friendly, easy going, kind, respectful and mature, but also fun. Very clean and tidy. Love animals and nature. Very conscious about water, electricity, etc. I don't smoke but if you do in an open area, wouldn't be a problem. I eat keto and like to keep fit and healthy. However, I enjoy a 'cheating meal' every now and then, including a beer or glass of wine over a chat, if you are willing to. If not, all good too. ---------------------------------- About your place: I need a furnished room, hopefully close to the beach. All bills included will work best for me. Gym or home gym would be a plus. Own bathroom and/or toilette would be great or sharing with one more will work too. ---------------------------------- About you: No preferences for house/flat mates gender or age, as long as they are similar in values to my own. It will be a cliché to say that I don't look or feel my age, but if you are looking to live with younger people than I, I would give it a try. You won't regreat. If you think we can make a good fit, please let me know. Anya
Responsible, reliable, and clean! I pay rent on time. I'm a friendly considerate housemate who is up for a chat but also respects some space. I will be working home-based from a computer, so I will be in my room most of the time. Must have unlimited internet access. I love the beach!!!
Finished work in Brisbane and relocated to the Sunshine Coast to be near family, especially my Grand Babies. Would love my own space, but finances dictate a share arrangement. I have just been approved for a Disability Pension, would need to claim rent assistance through Centrelink. The Buderim/Maroochydore area puts me close to the hospital and services. I am reliable, good attitude and considerate. If health allows, I will also pursue a part time role, possibly self employment. It is also time to try a creative outlet of some kind, possibly writing again. Non-smoker, no drugs, occasionally alcohol. Happy to meet, I understand the importance for both parties to be comfortable. PeaceLoveUnityRespect, Geoff.
