Hey, I just moved back from living overseas for the past year as a nanny and looking for a place to live. I'm super chilled, love to stay active and healthy. I like the occasional drink but my partying days are long gone!!
Hi there, I'm Dan, a young 34yo doctor moving up to SC from Brisbane in early January. I'm looking to find 2-3 others to team-up to houseshare - I'm looking to pay $300-350 (my part) for a nice large house - preferably with a pool or on the water. I'd really like to organise a group early to start looking at rentals - there's a lot of great deals out there in between the $600-800pw range. I'd prefer to stay for at least a year but happy to try 6 months. I've owned my own houses in the past and always houseshared without any issues and have made many lifelong friends. I'm currently living in a house in New Farm and have furniture and everything needed to complete a house. I'm clean, respectful, outdoorsy, love gym and exploring and have an adorable little blue English Staffy Mr Hugo. I don't mind a quiet wine or beer or heading out for a nice dinner but certainly have finished with my days of partying. I'll be working at Maroochydore but don't mind living anywhere on the SC (except as far up as Noosa) so long as the house and housemates are suitable. Feel free to contact me, Dan

Hi my names Lulu, I'm a very tidy and considerate person but love socialising! I have two jobs and have lived on the sunshine coast almost all my life and plan to continue it that way. I enjoy going out on weekends as well as Netflix or beers at home. Looking for a place with some similar people, I'm flexible on the moving in dates as well as the weekly budget :)
Into surf, beach and ocean. looking for somewhere central to what I'm doing mainly which is work and study. Fairly active busy person don't tend to hang indoors that much. Ive put 6 months but with the right flatmate it would be longer.
We are a happy, creative and hardworking couple looking for a bright, funky and relatively private studio/granny flat/apartment/ duplex close to the ocean. I'm from Brisbane and studying nursing and working part-time as a support worker. Cris is from Argentina and is working full time as a software engineer for an NGO. We both love the water, and enjoy surfing, cooking, sunshine, camping/outdoor living/vanlife. We're trying to manifest a great place for summer that suits our lifestyle :) We have good rental history and are responsible, positive and tidy. Hope to find a great match. A smile :) Lulu & Cris
Employed, Professional, friendly, non smoker, respectful of others belongings and personal space, quiet, tidy and neat. Not looking to sub lease or take over leases at this stage, thanks. Looking for furnished room with ensuite or private bathroom. Sorry, no tolerance for drugs.
Hi Im Zane.Im a Chef at a couple of Cafes in Mooloolaba only day shifts so mainly i start work quite early and i work weekends.im recently separated and have been staying with an old friend in his 1 bedroom flat.As im in his lounge room and i have a 6 year old son who stays 1 or 2 nights a week this situation is far from ideal.i have stuff in storage so ideally looking for an unfurnished room.Ive left our car with liam and his mum so somewhere up to a half hour walk to mooloolaba beach would be great.I love to cook and am very focused on my son.In my spare time i like the beach going to cafes and movies tbh the last 6 years have been mainly focused on my son and our house (now his and his mums) so im kind of finding out what i like to do again.i am a smoker but only smoke outdoors.Im respectful and open minded, trustworthy and mature with a hospitable nature.i get on well with Liams mum and she is very accommodating with times i can see liam as my work roster can change week to week but no night work so these days i get to bed at a decent hour.i dont think id like to live on my own.so if you have kids or are in a similar position or happy to have a happy little fella around 1 or 2 nights a week(hes very friendly and doesnt do tantrums) id love to hear from you!
G'day, I'm John. I'm 37 and I'm originally from the coast, but I have just come back from a 17 year stint in Melbourne to be closer to my parents. I'm a freelance designer and I am also starting part time work at a friend's sustainability business. When I'm not working I do a lot of design related stuff (mostly draw) and I'm trying to get my fitness back. Apparently there's side effects to a donut diet. Who knew?! I like a laugh and am a pretty positive bloke. If I sound like someone that you might be able to live with, send me a message.
Hey! We are interested in a new lease set up with 1 or preferably 2 other people situatated in a nice place within the Sunshine Coast near the beach. We are chilled, both enjoy yoga, surfing and beach time. Both lead a really healthy life style, including a plant based diet. We would both just like to move out to a chilled environment, with our own open space with nice, like minded people. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions 😊
Hi I'm friendly and easy going, clean and respectful. A Non Smoker. I am currently studying full-time and working part-time. So I am quite busy. I am looking for friendly easy going, honest housemates. A place that is clean but not a museum. Somewhere that feels like home. Looking for house mates that are working with a busy lifestyle. So not looking for someone who is home all the time(we all need our space from time to time). People with a happy, positive/healthy life style and able to kick back and have a drink with/movie. Furnished with internet. Only in Mooloolaba/ Alexandra Headlands. Cheers :)
Moving to the Sunshine Coast for full-time work, and searching for somewhere to live ASAP. Looking to live with people around the same age as me. I'm pretty sporty and like socialising and going out with friends. Don't know many people on the Sunshine Coast so looking to live with people I can be friends with and not just flatmates. Would prefer a bigger group, but ultimately I'm not that fussy! My stay length is flexible, just put 6 months for safety - but if everything's running smoothly I'd be happy to commit for longer. Feel free to shoot me a message :)
Hi! I'm relocating from Brisbane in early November. I'm looking for a room close to my new full time employer, their office is in Maroochydore. I generally like to keep to myself most weekdays, if I'm not at work I'll be training at the gym or doing chores, prepping/cooking meals etc. On weekends I plan to be spending every spare minute at the beach/outdoors, socialising/making new friends, spending time with family, relaxing and occasionally having a few drinks. I consider myself to be very (VERY!) clean and organised, respectful and tidy.
Hi future roomies! I'm looking for a room to rent in a sharehouse for a few months (November-March ideally but can be a little flexible depending on exact dates). I work full time and am pretty chill to leave with- tidy, love to socialise and have a drink but have also occasionally been known to hibernate in my bedroom binge watching Netflix all day. I love animals, enjoy exercise and going to the gym, and can provide baked goods and dank memes. Swing me a message if you think we'd get along!
Looking for a place to call home, just moved back to qld to be closer to fams, I have two lovely dogs so need somewhere well fenced. I'm clean n tidy, timely with bills, fun to be around but enjoy keeping to myself too.
Hi! We are Keely and Erick. Just a fun couple who love travelling and adventures. Keely is Australian and Erick is Canadian. We're relocating to the sunshine coast in 2 weeks! Erick is a qualified chef and Keely generally works in retail or cafe's. As a couple we're respectful of people's space, but also love a good chat with a beer or two. Both love music, we're neat and tidy and we've lived in share houses in Canada so we know how they work. We love animals, so if you have pets, that's fine with us too! Hit us up if you've got a place or if you want to team up.
Both 2 very hard working girls, not very big party animals but enjoy casual drinks. Both clean, respectful and rarely ever home because of work. Looking for fun people to live with but not a party house. We are both social people but enjoy time to ourselves aswel. Looking to move around November and both have our own furniture to bring to the house. I have 2 cats but they outside most of the time and enjoy a good cuddle.
I am a chill, down to earth, outgoing person who will be lifeguarding at the Sunshine Coast during the Holiday season. I'm active, like going to the gym, and being social. Looking for roommates around my age with similar interests.
From Italy, second year in Australia Working full time as a Building Engineer in Maroochydore. Looking for a room in a share house in the area, I usually spend the weekends to rock climbing and at my partner's place in Brisbane. I like everything outdoor, yoga beginner, animals lover! so open to a pets house ;)
After taking a year off travelling, I'm heading back to uni up on the Sunny Coast. Sydney's a little far to do daily trips so I need a place nice and close! Once I move up, I'll be studying full-time at USC and working part-time. When I'm not at work or uni, I try to spend some time training/exercising - whether it be goin to the gym, goin out for a run or swim, I'll be doin something! I'm pretty easy going, friendly and enjoy socialising. I have previously lived in a share house while I was completing studies, so I totally understand the need for personal space as well. Other than that, I'm always up for a good chat and/or bevvy. I consider myself a neat and clean person, so I'd like to live with someone who has similar living habits (didn't really like cleaning up after my previous roomies). I'm pretty keen to learn how to surf, love travelling and am into my sports. So a roomie who also enjoys an active lifestyle, likes travel and knows how to surf are big pluses!
