Hey,

I’m currently in the process of selling my house and I need some else to live asap, I’m happy to wiggle on the price.

I don’t smoke, eat well and am into fitness. I like to get up and go early, enjoy my own space and I am very tidy. I don’t mind living in an old house but won’t live in a grubby one. I’m a sparky and think I can fix anything, I would be more than happy to help out with any projects around the house. I will also happily wear the captains hat when it comes to garden maintenance.

I don’t have much furniture but if the house is missing something I’ll get it. I’d prefer somewhere with an aircon, my own bathroom and to not have to park my car 2ks down the road. I’m not the type to have a beer everyday but do enjoy the occasional flare up. I don’t care what your pronouns are either I’m easygoing
