I am a single mum currently working full time in aged care as a personal carer. My 2yr old daughter will be living with me full time so I need somewhere that is safe and stable. I would prefer somewhere that has my own ensuite or bathroom for bub and I to use exclusively and I'd prefer a ground level property. I am a great cook, clean and tidy and reliable with paying rent and all other bills on time all the time. If I happen to do nightshifts for work my daughter will stay with her grandparents. I have all of my own bedroom furniture for my daughter and myself. I like animals and I'd prefer to have somewhere that has even a small yard. I do not smoke, don't do drugs and I'm not into having big drinking sessions at home. The safety of my daughter is paramount.
I consider myself to be a real friendly, down to earth, ambitious individual that likes to have fun and work towards life goals. I get along with anyone and ideally would like to live in an environment where I feel comfortable and possibly create a friendship with the people I share a home with. I like to be social and also like to keep to myself. I would be a clean, tidy and respectful housemate. I work full-time Monday through to Friday. Ideally I would like to live in Maroochydore but I do work in Cooroy so I am open to most suburbs in between.
I have reposted my ad as the house I was going to move into fell through. I am tidy, enjoy hanging out yet I am a quiet person. Not intrusive, keep to myself a lot but not shy. Love to travel, am also a vegan. I just graduated from uni and work full time as an Occupational Therapist. Looking to stay for probably 6 months or more. I would need an unfurnished room too :) I am open to living in a mixed gender home. I would also prefer to live in a house with similar aged people (20-30 years old).
Looking for a space in a relaxed and comfortable home! I have a gorgeous cat, leo who will be sharing my room with me, so a house that is ok with an indoor cat is a must. I'm studying at USC and work part time in between classes at ANZ as a personal banker(about to move to the marketing team at toyota). I'm clean and tidy and looking for a house that i can feel relaxed in! Im 21 and love spending time with my friends or at the beach, if i'm not at work, uni or with my friends i''ll probably be bingeing the latest netflix series.I dont smoke or blast music in the house, and i can leave a kitchen clean, looking for housemates similar to me!

Hey guys! Found myself in a bit of a situation where the homeowner of the house I'm renting is moving back in - so I'm needing a place by 24/6/19 at the very latest. Ideally I'd love to be in somewhere around 15-20th June. I know it's a while away but I'm looking for somewhere pretty specific so thought it's better to get in early. I work part-time as a Social Worker and am also studying full-time. As of early July I'll be doing 12-14 weeks placement with QLD Health and during this time I will be relying on Centrelink for my rent income, as placement is unpaid. I have savings behind me though so no worries about living expenses, unexpected expenses or any bills etc. I'll also likely be doing 1 day work per week at my current youth counselling organisation. While my placement location is yet to be confirmed there is a pretty big chance I will be placed in Mountain Creek at the health center there - due to this my ideal location for a share house would be Mooloolaba, Alex Heads, Buderim, Mountain Creek/Brightwater, and Sippy Downs/Palmview, Kuluin etc. On top of all this, I really need a place where there's some space for my furniture (most of it is in storage in the shed where I am presently so I'm more than happy for it to be stored in a garage/shed. I will cull it down before moving of course but I do have a little bit (outdoor table, dining table, a few boxes of kitchenware etc). I will need room for my bedroom furniture, a bookcase or two and way too many plants :p Given the chances of doing strange shifts during placement and being so used to privacy, I'd really like my own bathroom/ensuite where possible. I'll be super busy during the placement period so noise will be minimal and I normally spend my weekends pretty active and out and about. I'm really tidy and respectful of people's belongings and schedules as well. I love reading, experimenting in the kitchen, learning the art of keeping house plants alive, drinking too much coffee and making the most of any spare time I get by seeing friends over the weekends. I sleep and rise early too and don't watch TV. I'm also trying to jog a lot more so bonus if you enjoy fitness and could teach me a thing or two! In saying that I'm not one to turn down social drinks and good company and I certainly won't have an issue if my potential housemates enjoy a drink over the weekend and cause a bit of noise. I know this sounds super picky and particular which is why I'm looking early, but I'm pretty laid back - just need to get something organised ASAP! Oh and I have great rental references and am happy to sign a lease etc. HMU if you've got something that will be a good fit :) EDIT: I am also definitely interested in teaming up! As long as you're committed, organised and have good references or rental history and we get along, if a team-up works well then I'm open to this. :)
I am a student expected to complete my degree in July. I am going to study nursing at USC in July. Super neat and clean girl. Talkative and outgoing. Enjoy food and travelling. Need a place to live and study. Want some mates that are friendly, neat, silent and respectful. Planning to keep a Border Collie so it would be better to be pet-friendly.
