Hi there I am a single person studying full time at The University of the Sunshine Coast. I'm seeking accommodation (preferably master bedroom/ensuite and close to USC). I can pay up to $100-$150 per week including expenses. I require a door lock, internet and a furnished room - double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair if possible. I rely on the bus to get around, so I need to live close to a bus stop. Sometimes, I also love to cook for myself and others. I like to live with happy/hygienic/funny, peaceful and stressfree people. Like to be social sometimes without fuss. I respect others' privacy and like the people who respect mine too. So, if you think, I would fit into your household especially this christmas season time, please get in touch. Kind Regards Pankaj
I am a hard working, healthy and extremely friendly person. I like to keep things tidy, I'm very relaxed and become friends with literally anyone I meet. My mate and I have started a clothing business so I would need a little bit of storage space whether there is an office or garage that could be used potentially. I work full time, go to the gym 4-5 times a week and enjoy having a couple of drinks on the weekends (nothing crazy). Feel free to ask us any questions! Kind Regards, Trav
Would love to live in a place with good vibes and with like minded people! I’ll be starting my third year of psychology so I would love to have a place where I can really zen out, but also focus when I need too (for the days, I disappear in to my room to finish an essay). I’m spontaneous and would love to live with people who are keen on adventures to waterfalls, mountain hikes and beaches. I am comfortable paying $150 a week, could do more for water, electricity and internet too :) I somehow ended up living in Chermside (life right?) and going to university on the Sunshine Coast, so I'm very keen to move back to the gorgeous, chilled out coast. I’m honestly in love with the atmosphere of Buderim especially, but I'm honestly just after a place where there's still some nature in the backyard! ~ super tidy and respectful of space ~ enjoys a beer or wine ~ always up for socialising
Hi there, I am looking for a room in share accommodation. I am from Brisbane and moved to Sunshine Coast due to work. I work full time from Monday to Friday. I am pretty social, friendly and enjoy company. I am a easy going, mature, clean person who is more than welcome to have a chat with companies at the flat and also would like to respect individuals' private space and time :)
Searching a place to live from the middle of November 2017 until the middle of May 2018. Im clean, calm, polite, healthy lifestyle, I come from Scandinavia :) Studying Dental Technology in Sweden. Im not searching any partyhouse but don't want to be either unsocial and sit alone in my room. I'm 30 years.
Hey! I'm Madie, I'm a 22 year old office worker with a stable income. I'm currently looking for a place closer to work as im driving from Glasshouse everyday. I'd be moving in with my 2 year old border collie x Rosie, she is a small dog, very quite, loves pats and is super friendly. I'd love to move into a place that already has a dog to keep Rosie entertained whilst I'm working. When I'm not working I'm either at the beach, out for coffee or at the gym. I'm not a partying type of person but also don't mind the occasional social drink. I'm clean and tidy, and sociable. I can always pay rent on time and would have no issues paying bills etc. Look forward to hearing from you! Thank you :)
Hi! I'm Kate, I'm 24, working fulltime (shift work) @ Mooloolaba. I'm looking for a friendly, reliable, CLEAN female housemate, who will be happy to give me the master bedroom with ensuite, and who will be ready to move at the beginning of January - signing a 6 month lease. I would like a newish/modern house, with 2+ bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a garage. I am very clean and tidy, reliable, and love time to myself. I don’t mind a quiet wine of an afternoon, but I need a housemate who will not be bringing the party back to our house, as I said I work shifts and I enjoy my sleep! On my weekends off I usually have things on. But if I'm home, I will be binge watching my shows or spending time with friends and family. I have nearly everything to make a house a home (lounge, TV, fridge, washing machine, plates, cutlery, etc.). The only things I don't have is outdoor furniture and a dining table. I am a bit fussy and know what I want in a housemate and house. Strictly NO DRUGS. Preferably a non-smoker and no pets.
We are both respectful, friendly, hard working, clean and considerate people. We enjoy our own company and the company of others. We are active individuals, who like to keep fit, play sport, attend the gym and go for runs and hikes regularly. We also enjoy a friendly chat and glass of wine or beer at the end of a busy week or long day. I am a Registered Nurse who will be working at the Sunshine Coast University Hospital and Chris works FIFO and is away every second week. If you would like to know anymore please just ask :)
I have got a transfer for work to the coast as a teacher. I'm an easy going guy who like to live a stress free life. I don't mind a drink or two and a good laugh on the weekend but also like the downtime as well. I enjoy the outdoors and plan to spend my time keeping fit/healthy and active. I would like to live with people that are social but also understand the need for downtime during the working week. I'm willing to move to somewhere around Mooloolaba but the surrounding suburbs are good also. The perfect place would be: -Unfinished room -Undercover and offstreet parking for my car -Own bathroom/ensuite (not a must but would be nice) I would also be interested in teaming up with some cool people to get a nice big house. I'm willing to pay my bond a few weeks rent in advance to secure the perfect place. I will move in at the beginning of the school holidays. Feel free to contact me to discuss what you have on offer.
I’m a teacher and have transferred to the Sunny Coast. I have somewhere to stay over the Christmas holidays, happy to move early Jan. Looking for a place with another person who is easy going, likes their own space yet is still sociable. I have two super friendly dogs, so I’ll need a yard for them too. I don’t mind a drink of an afternoon, wouldn’t object to you having friends/visitors over either. I would prefer my own bathroom, if I can. Shoot me a message if you think you’re a decent human being that can live with a laid back PE teacher.
