I’m wanting to have my own private space rather than a sharehouse. A granny flat or the like would be perfect!

It would be me and my super cheeky but friendly Cavoodle Max who will be 2 in Feb. My timing is flexible, the lease on the current apartment expires the end of May, for me it’s really about finding the right home for me to make the move. I may be able to move within a month for the right place. I love the sunny coast and have been back here for 2 years and currently I am living in Mooloolaba.

I have a business and work for myself online from home. I was a career Executive Assistant who is now running a Virtual Business Support Company. I’ve been doing this for 18 months and now doing well so I am busy.

I’m originally from Victoria, and I have lived in London twice. I have lived with many housemates over the years in sharehouses and also renting rooms out as a homeowner so I know what it takes to share a space with others and look after a rental. I’m after a modern, tidy, comfortable, very clean and respectful place to call home. I keep a high standard of cleanliness and will treat your place as if it is my own.

I am generally into health and wellness and I do enjoy a glass of wine at times but I’m not a partier or night owl in general. I'm pretty routine and up early walking Max each day, work all day then evenings are relaxed with yin yoga once a week and a dinner out here and there.
