It would be me and my super cheeky but friendly Cavoodle Max who turned 2 in Feb.

My ideal would be to share with one other professional person around the same age (42) and similar lifestyle in something spacious with my own bathroom. Budget up to $500 each for a share plus bills but only the top amount with my own bathroom.

I’d rather pay for comfort at this time in my life, I love having a nice, clean home more than anything. Especially bathrooms, toilet, kitchen and floors type of clean.

I unfortunately have had to break my lease I have been in for 3 years but have glowing references from the real estate as I have rented through them previously, for you to contact.

I have a business and work for myself online from home, if this is an issue I'm open to working from a coworking space a couple of times a week depending on the cost of rent and that overall. I just find it easier to be home with Max and it has just been what I do. I was a career Executive Assistant who is now running a Virtual Business Support Company. I've lived an adventurous life and love a worldly chat about experiences. I'm originally from Victoria, and I have lived in London twice. I have lived with many housemates over the years in sharehouses and also rented out rooms as a homeowner, so I know what it takes to share a space with others and look after a rental. I’m after a modern, tidy, comfortable, very clean and respectful place to call home. I will treat your place as if it is my own.

I am generally into health and wellness, and I do enjoy a glass of wine at times, but I’m not a partier or night owl in general. I'm pretty routine and up early walking Max each day, work all day then evenings are relaxed with yin yoga once a week and a dinner out here and there.
