Hi, my name is Sam.

My partner and I are relocating from Bendigo to the Sunshine Coast in February and are seeking a long-term rental to settle into and treat as our home.

I am currently employed in an ongoing role, working consistent hours each week with reliable income. Our household income comfortably supports the weekly rent, and we are financially stable with additional family support available if ever required.

We’re both heavily into the outdoors, camping, travelling, climbing and many other activities. If the premises has a dog I can promise you you’ll have Fabienna (Yenna) my partner jumping in circles excited!

I have previous experience renting through a real estate agent in Melbourne and understand the importance of paying rent on time, maintaining the property, and communicating respectfully with property managers. We are quiet, clean, and low-maintenance tenants who take pride in looking after the homes we live in.
