Hi, I'm a student a UQ doing part time univeristy and working as well studying Civil and Environmental Engineering. I'm 20, keen surfer, healthy lifestyle and absolutely love the beach so somewhere walking distance to a surf beach on the sunny coast is what I'm after. I'm pretty chilled, fairly quiet and keep to myself mostly but always up for a chat, hang out etc. I also have a boyfriend who would of course come around and stay some nights. I'll be in Brisbane (for uni) / Noosa (boyfriend lives) a bit as well so I won't be there all the time. I just need a good base and a awesome place to stay near the beach! I tend to get up earlyish and not huge on partying but will do on special occasions etc. I'm very much an outdoors person, love animals, hiking adventures, but also a good meal and tv show and some music.
Looking for a third person to share with. A friend (and her small elderly dog) has joined me on my search for a new home. We are currently looking at 3 -4 bedroom unfurnished houses in and around Buderim for $500/wk. With 3 people sharing that will keep our individual rents below $200/wk. We are peace-loving and easy going. My work currently is about 54hrs/week and on my time off I enjoy relaxing at home (yoga/meditation, music, reading, cooking, DVDs (not mainstream tv) or getting out to the beaches and rainforests that we are so blessed with. Also enjoy cafes who use ethical produce and vegan/vegetarian restaurants (or at least ones that have a good portion of those choices). I don't have any pets but my daughters' dogs visit sometimes. One is a little maltese/ jack russel and the other is a border collie. For work, I am a nanny for a baby in Buderim and lifestyle facilitator for a man with a disability in Palmwoods. My background is special ed teacher but I left that behind 8 years ago for a more relaxed and healthy lifestyle and jobs in which I can have more of a one on one soul connection. My interests are anything spiritual/esoteric, crystals, aromatherapy, yoga, meditation, walking on beach and in rainforests. My friend is retired and loves to spend peaceful time at home when she is not visiting with family (daughters and grandchildren) or at the beach with her much loved dog. We are both vegetarian and into the healing power of foods, herbs, acupuncture, ......I love the beauty and healthy lifestyle of the sunshine coast. I usually shop at Kunara/farmers markets/back yard gardeners. I have two adult daughters who live nearby and the eldest is about to have my first grandchild in August, so I would like to stay living in the Buderim/Maroochydore area. Serendipitously, my friend is expecting her third grandchild very soon. Would love to share with like minded, high frequency, positive people in a peaceful beautiful environment.
Hi! I’m Sophie. I’m a 24 year old student at USC, studying marketing. I’m quiet, clean and respectful. I have a small, old dog who’s very friendly. He has some health issues so he mostly spends his days sleeping. Not a big partyer but don’t mind a few wines on a Saturday night 🥂
I am a single, positive, happy, easy going and friendly person. I'm respectful of others needs/space and clean :) I'm not wanting to live in a party house, though I am social and like to get out and meet new people and catch up with friends for dinner and drinks etc I am a hairdresser/makeup artist and just relocated from Melbourne. I love doing anything outdoors, staying active, yoga, meditation, reading, music and spending time with friends and family. My fur baby Lucy is a 12 year old medium breed gold lab (smaller than the regular size) she has a beautiful nature, is well trained and loves cuddles! :)
Hi there my name is Kirsty, I currently live in Brisbane but am wishing to relocate and move up to the Sunshine Coast sometime towards the end of August. I would ideally really like to find and meet someone who has or WILL Have secure Employment and who would be interested in finding a rental property together with myself and is possibly interested in signing a joint lease. Aiming to divide a suggested budget around the $450 per week value..hoping this is suitable. I am happy supplying furniture including: washing machine, fridge, dining table, lounge etc. Please contact me if you feel you would be interested or if at all any suggestions could be made! Thank you 😊
I'm a pretty easy going and super clean person to live with. I'm big on cooking and baking, drinking good wine, friendly chats, sharing ideas, discussing big topics, outdoors and fitness. New to the sunny coast after living in the UK for 12 years. I come with a pet, shes a medium size teddy bear looking dog, a total babe - clean, easy and friendly. Do like my chill time and need my own space like everyone, but am definitely looking for a homely situation with a person/ people i have some stuff in common with too!
Hey, I'm Tom. I'm new to the Sunshine Coast and I am looking to move into a share house or apartment. I'm very chilled out, sociable and easy going. Work office hours. In my free time I am usually watching or playing sport, catching up with mates, hanging out at the beach or exploring new places.
Hello there! My name is Tahlia, I’m a vegan girl who loves music, animals, reading, tattoos and eating. I currently live on the Gold Coast and am working in childcare but I will be studying a Bachelor of Creative Writing at USC in July so I will be moving up to the Sunshine Coast in August! I will be teaming up with another vegan named Tim, he is twenty two years old and works in hospitality. We are also wanting a third housemate. We are looking to live somewhere between Maroochydore and Currimundi and hoping to be paying about $170 maximum each a week in rent. We both like to drink and have a good time but are not interested in living in a party house, we also are keen to find someone we can get along with and socialise with but who also respects personal space. We are honest, friendly, respectful and tidy and have both lived out of home before. I have a lounge, washing machine, dryer, crockery/kitchen things, a tv, tv unit, vacuum and linen etc so we are mainly needing a fridge. Ideally our third housemate would be: around our age, female, vegan or vegetarian, a non smoker and willing to share a bathroom with Tim, but we know we can't be too picky haha so if you feel like we might click then please feel free to message me so we can chat and see if we want to organise a little meet up :) Have a lovely day!
Single full time working mama with an almost two year old boy, I have him fulltime. Our current rental agreement ends November 30 but slightly flexible around dates and we are looking to houseshare from then for preferably a 12 month period. We are both very chilled out humans although early risers and my son is very well behaved. I work at the SCUH in Birtinya so would love to live fairly close to work or alternatively close to the beach.
I'm a easy going and positive person from Stockholm in Sweden, who enjoy company but also respect others need of alone time. I will bring my beloved pure breed ragdoll cat, a female desexed princess named Izadoora, who will make the household full of joy. At my sparetime I tries to go out for PowerWalks or something like that, and learn more proper English. I will first arrive to Australia from Sweden in June 2018 for a higher education first at TAFE and later on at a Uni in the area. Iḿ interested in share households for a maximum rent of 250 AUD. I will also get supported from the Swedish state so that will be no problem with me to be able to pay rent. Iḿ interested in the areas of Buderim,Minyama,Parrearra,Sippy Downs,Buddina,Mountain Creek, ,Alexandra Headland,Birtinya,Maroochydore and Mooloolaba but other areas might be interesting too. Hope to hear from you all soon! Best regards Maria :)
Hi there, My name is Tayla and I'm 21, I work full time as a receptionist in Caloundra. I am a very clean and quiet person, I am looking for a room or place between Caloundra - Bli Bli. I have 2 cats who unfortunately must be the only pets but they are very friendly and house trained. I am easy to get along with, keep my surroundings clean and tend to keep to myself. Hope to hear from you :)
Hey future Flatmates! My name is Tyler and I'm a laid back, sociable and overall easy going guy. I've had plenty of house share experiences both in Australia and once when I stopped in Berlin, Germany for a couple months while backpacking Europe. I'm a courteous housemate and don't mind a social house atmosphere as long as there are also opportunities for quiet. I'm a avid cleaner and clean up after myself, which I hope goes without saying my future housemates do as well. I don't mind parties, barbecues or social evenings/weekends as long as a courteous heads up is given... so I can at least contribute ;). I often go out of my way to help others and want nothing more than a harmonious household. I'm moving down from Gympie. I'm looking for a sea change and the lifestyle that goes with it (looking for that sun, surf and sand!). Originally from Darwin, it should come as no surprise that I enjoy the great outdoors. You will often find me taking on some adventure on the weekend to balance out all of the office work i do during the week. Speaking of which I work full time in Information & Communication Technology. There is plenty more I can put on here but I'll spare people the burden of reading too much. Any questions just let me know. I look forward to meeting some new potential housemates!
Ian 54 yrs old male single very quite respectful work full time !! Likes beach gym bbqs

I am from Switzerland and I am about to start a masters degree in international business at the USC from July 16. I am looking for a private room to stay at the sunny coast for about 4 months with some nice flatmates. I am social, easy going, reliable and a clean person. On weekends I love to do sports and enjoy spending time in nature which is why I think the region of the sunny coast is just perfect. Happy to hear from you if you have a room available.
I'm an ex-chef who's just started a new job in software development on the Sunshine Coast. I'm primarily looking for somewhere to stay short-term Mon-Fri as I'll be returning to Brisbane to visit my partner most weekends. I will also need somewhere that has no issue with her spending the odd night or two. I have furniture that I can bring although this isn't a neccessity
I am a chef by trade but not currently working in a commercial kitchen. I am employed full time as a cafe allrounder/manager. I am keen surfer and hiker, rock climber, enjoy fishing and scuba diving. I enjoy cooking at home and having communal dinners. Looking for a quiet clean place with good company.
Always up for a chat, I am clean easy going and always pay rent on time with 17 month rental lease history. I work in electrical on a construction site in maroochydore Sunshine Plaza and work between the times of 6:30 - 2:30 and gym after for an hour or two so usually will be home around 5pm. Would love to move in with a good crew around the ages of 18-27ish in a sharehouse. Hit me up!
Hi! I, Nina, work as nurse and I am also a student at USC. Kevin works in a surf shop. We both love surfing and other water sports. Part of our family is a Kelpie. She is perfectly trained and calm who loves to play fetch. We like our privacy but also like to chat with our housemates. We are non smokers and would like to live with other people who look after themselves and the house. Let's catch up on the beach to see if we are good housemates :) Nina and Kevin
Hey! I’m a 26 year old doctor from the UK originally. I’m moving from the outback to work at SCUH in January, and am looking for somewhere to rent. My hours are pretty variable but I’m respectful of others with this, and could sleep through most things myself! I do smoke, but would only ever do this outside and away from any open doorways. I’m not looking just to move in and hide in my room- I’d like to get to know and socialise with my flat mates ideally! When I’m not working I like exploring, watching terrible television and the odd glass of wine (or 6!) Pretty much an open book, feel free to ask anything :)
