Moving up to the coast from Brisbane to start my studies in Medicine. I also work part time as a Physiotherapist. I will be pretty busy so ideally looking for somewhere that is relatively quiet during the week. Looking for a place which is close to the University hospital and the beach. Ideally around Mooloolaba, Budina, Wurtulla and Caloundra regions or surroundings. I have lived in share houses for the past 5ish year so I know how to pull my weight.
Hi 😎 I'm flexible with dates & hoping to find a quality housemate or two, so I'll cut to the chase. About Me: * A Remedial Massage Therapist by trade 👐 * Love the simple life, minimal fuss & am pretty straight forward (I'm not very good at sugarcoating things). * Will occasionally hit up a local gig or event. Love a good boogie to a live band 😎💃 * Music & good movie lover * Keen meditator & barefooter (love the outdoors) * Introverted by nature (slight home body who enjoys intelligent, witty banter & her space, equally) & 420friendly. * My best mate is my 15 year old indoor/outdoor female cat (Spinner) 😸 * I'm a "Clean as I go" type * Outdoor smoker, rarely drinks. * Enjoy sharing a meal, occasionally. * Ideally looking for 1 or 2 people to live with. The Ideal House/Room (no units): * Decent size bedrooms (to fit Queen bed etc) with robes. * Decent living areas & overall storage space. * Cat ok to go on the lease! 😊😽 * Min.6 months lease (to view longer). (Optional - bonus!) * A spare room/area where I can setup my massage table from time to time 👐 * Carport You: * Are considered easy to live * Respectful of other people's personal space. * Pay your rent & bills on time. * Are not a hoarder. * Are considered tidy * Aren't in a party house (light entertaining is sweet). * Aren't allergic to cats 😽 * Don't mind living with an outdoor smoker. * No Dogs (unless you're willing to work together to make my cat feel equally safe at home. She's petrified of dogs due to irresponsible dog lovers in the past). Responsible pet owners in general, actually. Some cats are arseholes as well 😂 Look forward to meeting you!
I’ve recently moved from Mackay to the Sunshine Coast with my golden retriever, Teddy, after securing full time work here as a journalist. We’re looking for a place to live with a secure yard. I’m clean and tidy and have experience living with others.
I am friendly and happy, makes friends easily and have a positive outlook on life. Clean and tidy. I enjoy socialising but not interested in a party house. I like to cook my own food mainly, I do eat out sometimes. I don't really drink anymore, but would be happy to have a beer every once in a while. Non smoker. I am 35 and would like to live with people a similar age to me with similar positive outlook on life. I am single but if I found a girlfriend I would make other arrangements if need be. My hobbies are motocross, mountain biking, going to the gym and wakeboarding if I get the chance. It would be cool if I could store my bike at the house but not essential as I keep it at work. I work for myself selling online but I try to keep the business away from my home. Near the coast would be ideal, anywhere from Moffet Beach up to Maroochydore, but not essential. Furnished rooms preferred.
We are three German student coming to Australia for our postgraduate degree in International Business at the University of Sunshine Coast. We are very open-minded, respectful and we do love to do all kind of different free time activities: Playing volleyball and soccer, hang-out with friends and going to the beach. We are looking for a flat/house with 3 available rooms to stay there from the 11th of February until end of May / beginning of June. We are more than happy about every option that you guys might give us. Thank you! :)
Looking for respectful housemates. Seeking a clean neat and tidy dwelling - furnished room with ensuite or private bathroom, with parking - all are a must. A bit about me..Im in my early thirties, I'm employed, professional friendly female, non smoker, respectful of others belongings and personal space. Up for a bit of chat, like my own space, happy to give you your personal space and house proud. Probably not seeking a party house :)
I’ve been living on the coast for two years studying medicine - just graduated so will be on holidays until I start work mid January next year. My current lease ends on December 15th so I’m looking for a place to stay for 4-8 weeks until I find something more permanent when the rental market picks up in the new year. I consider myself to be a very clean and respectful housemate. Happy to have a drink and hang out with fellow housemates, or just do my own thing if that’s your style. I don’t spend a whole lot of time at home as it’s summer so I’ll likely be surfing, slack lining, or just enjoying the outdoors. I have a few luscious jungle house plants which will also be travelling with me.
Two friends looking to team up with some similarly aged girls/guys to find a place on the Sunshine Coast, preferably close to Mooloolaba or Maroochydore. One of us is a student working part-time, whilst the other works late full time, so we are not looking for a rowdy household, though we both enjoy a good night out and love hanging out with a few drinks and going on adventures! Both clean and respectful of others privacy and enjoy our own private time. We’re both super easy going, and easy to get along with! We’d love to make some new friends as well as gain a housemate/s.
I'm a 22 year old newly graduated Optometrist starting full-time work on the Sunshine Coast (moving from Victoria). Looking for rental close to Kawana Shoppingworld, preferably close to the beach. I love to keep fit and enjoy running, snorkelling, sunshine, tennis and the beach. I'm very friendly, outgoing and easy to get along with. I am a non-smoker and have no pets.
I recently finished my master's degree in USC and will start working full-time soon. I am looking for a cozy and clean place with nice people. I am organised and tidy. Always respect people and enjoy socialising. I enjoy surfing, boxing, gym, guitar and love animals especially dogs. I can teach guitar and boxing to anyone for free.
Hey hey! I am a young New Zealander who moved over to Australia in February and fell in love with the sunshine coast. I am very outgoing, love adventure but also value my own space. I have a very active, healthy lifestyle, I love to cook, bake and always aim to create a positive environment for myself and those around me. I would love to be in a clean, positive environment with others who value growth and success. Yoga + the beach + coffee and friends would be my ideal Saturday. I am Moving more central in January 2019 and hoping to set myself up in a place where I am surrounded by like minded people. I have full time work lined up for when I move but I am currently working part time in Noosaville. xo
Hi there Abit about me. I am always out on an adventure and doing sports when I’m not working. I have just finished a bachelor of Outdoor education and environmental studies and now working full time hours. I am really clean and would like to live with a clean person. I am also respectful and live quietly. I believe it’s important to have a fresh and comfortable happy place to come home to as it’s where you relax and recover and it’s the root of personal growth. Looking forward to meeting you

Hey! I’m Steph. I’m friendly, clean, tidy and respectful and looking for some likeminded people to live with. I like to have a social and an active household, while also being respectful of each others space. I enjoy the ocean and hiking on the weekends, and I work during the week. I work as a web developer at a health and wellbeing company, and I also freelance and work remotely some days. I love music, design, the outdoors and travelling, and I try to live sustainably where I can. Either looking for an existing house or likeminded people to start a share house. Looking for a house with some character & preferably close to the beach! Swing me a message if we’d be a good fit :)

I am a people person, love the odd bevie and crazy night out! I am a light smoker (never in the house #cleanfreak) , and have only been here in the sunny coast a year and am loving it! I have recently moved to the Sunshine Coast to start my new (full-time) job! I am looking for somewhere close to the beach / nature. I am not a party animal but I enjoy socialising and spending my weekends at the markets, beach and being outdoors.
Hello there! I’m a vegan who loves music/festivals/live gigs, animals, reading, tattoos and eating. I currently live on the Gold Coast but have been studying a Bachelor of Creative Writing on the Sunshine Coast since July and have been commuting back and forth. I'm hoping to move to the Sunshine Coast around the start of January and have a job lined up in Currimundi (I work in childcare) for when I've moved, so now all I need is to find the perfect housemates! I feel like I'm a pretty friendly, reliable, honest and open person and I'm looking for people around my age who I can actually be friends with but who also respect each others privacy. I'm down for a few drinks and a good time but am definitely not looking for a full on party house as I really want to focus on my studies. Ideally I'd love to team up with a few people and start a fresh share house but I am also open to joining an existing share house. Other vegans or vegetarians would obviously be preferable to live with haha but as long as I'm not living with the worlds biggest carnivore I'll be happy! I currently live with my mum but I have lived out of home before and know how to keep things clean and tidy. I also have a lounge, washing machine, dryer, crockery/kitchen things, a tv, tv unit, vacuum and linen etc. If you think we might be a good match please feel free to message me! Have a lovely day :)
Recently moved back from Melbourne. Have never had problems with housemates in the past. Very easy going person, respectful and clean. I work in construction on machinery so I’ve always got work. Pay my rent my bills and happy to help anyone in the house. I enjoy my own space, very good with pets, I surf and try to keep active over weekends if the weather allows it. Anything else you wanna know just ask.
I’m 20 years old, working full time for Queensland Corrective Services. Moving from Brissy so may be travelling back and forth due to my social life in Brisbane. Huge lover of animals and a lover of a few wines after a full on week at work. Easy going, slightly introverted but hoping to expand my social circle :).
Hi, I'm a nurse, I've just moved back from 12 months working in Mt Isa. I work full-time shift work so I'm looking for perhaps other shift workers, would prefer my own bathroom. I want to live with people who can become my friends, but I also really value my alone time. I've always lived in sharehouses so I know how to tidy up after myself and contribute to a household. I enjoy the beach, yoga, a bit of running and I'm looking forward to getting into some rock climbing now that I'm back on the coast.
