$900/week29 year old man

A great way to save money by living in a nicer home. Currently living in Buderim and looking for someone to team up with on the Sunshine Coast to find a new place to call home, or move into an existing share house. Basically I’m in the same position as so many others on the Sunshine Coast at the moment and looking to find a new rental as the one I’ve been in for 4 years looks like it’s about to be bought, and with too many unknowns and the lease ending on Feb 15th, it’s time to move on. I’m currently paying $695 p/w but looking for something around the $300 per person mark. I say ‘around’ because some of you offer bills included etc which would be great :) I have a house full of stuff already. Furniture, kitchenware, large fridge, bar bridge, bbq, etc. All basic stuff but enough to fill a new home with everything needed for two or more people. Don’t worry, I have no issue throwing out/selling/giving away plenty of these things either. The thing is, if I or we could team up with one other person who also has a realistic budget of $300 per week, per person, then theoretically our combined budget would be anywhere up to $900 per week for big beautiful house on the water or something similar. A quick search for houses in the 750-900 dollar mark will show you what I mean, and it’s actually cheaper that way than other places. A big place, that feels like an actual home, with plenty of space to socialise, work, or speed out as we see fit. Also, if you’re sick of competing with 40 other applicants at each inspection, I guarantee that won’t be a problem anymore at the higher priced listings. So, if you like the idea of teaming up on a rental application and think this sounds like a great way to save money by living in a nicer home, or if you have any questions, just reach out and ask. Happy house hunting, Alec
