Hi there, I'm looking for a quiet place to share with one other flatmate. I'm originally from the Sunshine Coast but have just moved back after 9 years in Brisbane. I'm about to start fulltime work near Mountain Creek and am looking for a place in the surrounding suburbs. On weekends I'm usually Sailing, Scuba Diving, making the most of my time with friends (camping, eating out, events), or sometimes doing nothing when I need it. My ideal budget is around the $200-220 mark, however, for the right place I could go as high as $250. I'd prefer my own bathroom though it doesn't need to be an ensuite. Off-street parking for my car would also be preferred. I enjoy basic cooking, with dinner being my favourite meal of the day. I'm not a big drinker but enjoy an occasional drink. I like the idea of entertaining, but can often not be bothered making it happen. I enjoy watching trash TV, Youtube, Netflix and pretty much all other streaming services. I own most household items (bar a couple of major items eg. Fridge, Sofa, TV) but otherwise have a good number of things to semi-furnish a place and my bedroom. I'm happy to team up and find something privately too (so get in touch if you think we'd be good flatmates). I'd be interested in signing a lease for 6-12months. I don't own any pets but am keen at adopting a cat in the near future, a pet-friendly place, preferably with a courtyard/garden area would be ideal. I also don't mind living with other people's pets, plus if you already have a cat, then that would fulfill my cat desire...but dogs are great too. That's all for now. Anything other questions just message me
Easy going, easy to get along with. Always up for a beer or coffee. Love a bit of banter. Independent and a clean person. And handy around the house if something needs to be fixed/built 🤙🏽
I’m a real cruisy guy, like going beach and camping. Not a crazy partier but do like to have a drink and socialize. Have a full time job as a paramedic which means I work 10-12hr shifts on a cycling roster.
Hello potential house mate. I’m looking for a place to call home at the start of September. I’m clean, I’m respectful, I’ll spend a lot of time in my room and I won’t eat your food. Enjoy a vegan lifestyle, so similar minded others is a plus but not a necessity. I work full time and if I’m not there, I’m out with friends or playing with cars. I’m looking for somewhere that has garage space as I have a weekend car and tools that I like to keep undercover. It’s annoying until you need me to fix your car. Happy to pay extra for at least one garage spot. Other than that request, anything goes. I’m pretty easy going and super easy to get along with.
New to the coast, full time worker, learner surfer, underwater photographer. Chill and not looking for a party household, a crew that enjoy a beer or two on the weekend but respect that home downtime feels Prefer on the beach or damn close to it for arvo paddles Length of stay flexible
Hey, Im Jay, Im a fairly quiet room mate, I am into Dirt bike riding and kitesurfing. Also a bit of a gaming nerd. I enjoy watching movies and binge watching tv shows. I am looking for a clean and tidy house. Currently located in Melbourne and moving up to Sunshine Coast on the 17th September. Full time worker Always pay bills and rent on time Things I can contribute to the house; Double fridge, Microwave 8.5kg front loader Lawn mower, whipper snipper, leaf blower. Gym Equipment, from Squat rack to dumbbell weight set(high quality.)
I’m looking for a new place somewhere along the coastline to call home while I work and set myself up a bit more for life. I’m super chilled out, funny and can always have a laugh, I also enjoy a good intelligent conversation, but also love my alone time when needed. I like to spend my free time when I’m not working just hanging out with friends, binging tv series, love nature and getting out amongst it so anything adventurous or physical outside count me in! Would love to find a gym partner as well if that’s something of interest too you as I like try and live a healthy active lifestyle as much as I can. I love to cook and am always making something amazing in the kitchen (just ask my mates). I work part time about 4 - 5 days a week most of the time it’s the weekends so I won’t be around much then. Currently I’m just looking for the right person to share a home with where we can both live as happily and comfortable as possible in a nice environment. I’m a very clean respectful person when it comes to the house or others property. I have everything needed to furnish a home, fridge, tv, furniture, kitchen appliances, washing machine etc. so looking for someone that might not have as much to contribute and more looking for a stable room that includes a lease and the rest of it. If there is anything else you would like to know please don’t hesitate to just send me a message! I would love to hear from anyone that is interested! We can organise to go get a coffee and have a chat about the details.

Heya! I'm studying business full-time at USC, I also work part-time when I'm not at uni. I'm a super chill, easy going kind of gal. I like to maintain a clean and tidy home. I often tend to keep to myself a bit, so I value personal space, although I'm always up for a chat. I enjoy the outdoors and exploring what the coast has to offer.
