** Move date is end of Feb/March, need to provide 3-4 weeks notice to my housemates/real estate**

I am currently living in a share house (have been on a lease for 2 years) at Parrearra however my situation has changed and I need to move. Ideally this side of town would be preferred, work in Maroochydore. I am a package deal with my very sweet Leia, a Kelpie X dog. She gets on with any dog/person, loves the beach and lying in the sun. I am very active, go to the gym and swim, take her to the beach and dog park daily.

I work full time as a Service Coordinator for Ford Automotive, day shifts, Mon-Fri. Don't smoke, drink socially. I am extremely clean and tidy - everything should have its place!

Ideally I am looking for a place with 1-3 housemates who are easy going, non smoking, friendly people. I respect the privacy of others but enjoy a household where we can chat and interact too. I enjoy cooking delicious homemade food and also love to bake and will happily take requests! Budget can be flexible if inc of bills. I put 6 months to start but may be longer if suitable.

I have a car - would be nice to have somewhere to park.
