My name is Julian, 31yo. currently working full time as handyman while studying a Construction certificate online.

I'm easy-going, respectful, tidy, and fairly quiet by nature. I enjoy having a chat, sharing a meal, or hanging out with housemates from time to time, but I also appreciate personal space and believe it's important to respect other people's privacy and routines.

Outside of work, I enjoy being active, spending time in nature, going for walks, exercising, and catching up with friends. I don't smoke and only drink occasionally in social settings.
I'm looking for a place that feels like a home rather than just somewhere to sleep. A friendly and relaxed share house would be ideal. I have some basic furniture, but I'm also happy to consider a furnished room.
