Hi, I’m Kim and I’m looking for someone to team up with to find a unit or townhouse to call home.

I’m tidy, respectful, easygoing, and value a relaxed, positive household. I enjoy a good chat over coffee or dinner, but I also respect personal space, downtime, and a peaceful home environment.

I work full-time, so I’m generally out during the day or occasionally working from home. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, walks, gym, catching up with friends, and keeping a comfortable home.

As a flatmate, I’m clean, considerate, reliable with rent and bills, and always do my share around the house. I’d love to live with someone kind, open-minded, respectful, and easy to communicate with.
