For a bit of background, I am a master's student with UTAS, working part-time, and my sister is a recent UTAS graduate working full-time.

We are both quiet, tidy, and respectful of those around us. Having structured daily schedules means we really value maintaining a clean, respectful, and calm living environment. We are financially stable and always ensure that rent and bills are paid on time and treat any space we live in with genuine care.
