Hello, I am currently looking for a room to rent.
I am prefer in the North East Suburbs but willing to look further out if necessary.
I am looking for a long term room and have a history of long term renting with my previous house being longer than 5 years.
I am a clean, tidy and quiet 36 year old male who usually keeps to himself. I have never missed rent.
I don’t drink but I do smoke, strictly outdoor smoker only.
Trying to find a medium-large room with a budget of $200-$300 a week. I am looking for a quiet house as I work 10-12 hours a day and leave for work at 4am so I like to relax when I get home and have a little sleep in on the weekends. I also have my own furniture, so an unfurnished room would be desired.
I have my own internet, which is high speed I use for myself which is 5G.
