I have just had my baby, born 05/02/2025 and ideally will start work when he is old enough to be left in the care of someone I deem trustworthy.

I would make an excellent tenant with you as I am big on cleanliness, as a reliable individual who takes pride in maintaining a clean living space. I prefer to stay in rather than go out. I am a responsible young woman who is quiet and always respectful of others.
I am confident that I would make an excellent tenant for your property. I have a good credit score, and can provide references from previous homes I’ve lived in if needed. I have completed a tenancy skills course and can provide my certificate. Additionally, I am able to pay rent on time and in full each month.
