Looking for a room in a share house in Bendigo, preferably furnished, with the possibility of own bathroom. Ideally a 6–12 month stay, with potential to extend if it’s a good fit.

Mature aged, female, currently working full-time in the housing sector. Has great rental history and has a strong understanding of what’s expected in a shared home. She is clean, quiet, and reliable, and is out working weekdays from around 8:30am–6:30pm.

Outside of work she keeps a fairly low-key lifestyle she enjoys exercising, relaxing, and generally keeps to herself. She is looking for a clean, quiet, and safe place to call home.
