Hi, I am a postgraduate student from University of Sydney looking for accommodation with reasonable rental price. It would not be the first time for me to live with a roommate, I am quite familiar to build a friendly and caring atmosphere.

Privacy is the priority for me. I will respect your privacy and your own space. Above that, I am definitely open to social and make friend. Besides, I am tidy and responsible. Not only will I keep my personal and our common area clean, I am happy to fulfil my part of household duties.

I also cook quite well, and brew coffee from beans daily, which I would love to share with you. Cocktail is my another passion, there are even a few my original recipes. But normally I don’t drink at my gym day or with class tomorrow.

Actually, I don’t mind at all if we have difference in hobbies or in anything else, so I won’t list a bunch of my interests further. After all it is difficult to know someone based on a short briefing like this. Please contact me if you are interested and ask me more.
