Hey! I am looking for a room, Granny flat, studio, or small house for myself and Eddie, my 15 month old groodle, to move into around Feb/March.

I am self-employed, running two online businesses as an artist, but will also be looking for some part time work in the Geelong area. I am looking for a space where there are two rooms available, so that I can use the second as a home office for my product-based online business. And since I've been asked before I will just say, my business doesn't require anyone coming to the house at all. It's fully online, I just need a space to work on it and pack orders 😊

My passions include painting (obviously), hitting the gym, coffee, doing anything with Eddie, and catching up with friends.

I'm super easy going, respectful of space and peace, but also down for a socialise over a meal or a beer.

A bit about Eddie: he is an absolute goofball. He is very well trained, but does tend to get VERY excited about making friends... controlling his excitement is something we are working on but he is otherwise such a good boy!
He is house trained, and crate trained to the point where he will even put himself in his crate for bed each night. He is also non-shedding thanks to the poodle in him so he is great!
