Hey future flatmates!

We’re Jan and Liv, a friendly and laid-back couple from Germany on a working visa, looking to move into a shared flat in Byron Bay. We both love the relaxed, beachy vibe of the area and are excited to find a place with a great group of people.

Here’s a bit about us:
We both have jobs and are reliable with rent and bills.
We’re clean, respectful, and easygoing. We believe in keeping common spaces tidy and being mindful of others.
We’re active and outdoorsy – you’ll often find us surfing, hiking, or exploring Byron’s natural beauty.
We enjoy cooking and love sharing a meal or a chilled evening with housemates but also respect everyone’s personal space and downtime.
Always up for a chat or a good laugh, but we know when to give everyone their space.
