Hi, im Josh. Im 30 and im currently living in Regional SA and looking to move into Adelaide. I have lived out of home since i was 18 and have a great rental history. I have experience living with others and on my own. I am looking to find another person to get a rental with.

I am a quiet guy who enjoys time to myself to recharge but am social in a respectful manner. I have a cat who is easy and pretty much just follows me around. Im not a partier at all and prefer a chilled, quiet lifestyle. I am looking for someone who respects this and is likewise when it comes to chilling out.

I will be transferring my current work upon moving so i have an income.

In my free time, i am a content creator so i will spend a lot of my time on my computer streaming or podcasting. I love watching Footy and Basketball so im often on the couch with full attention to that. I head to the NBL and AFL often so im usually at Adelaide Oval or the Entertainment Centre.
