Dear prospective housemates here’s a bit about myself.
I’m a general manager of a KFC working anywhere from 8am-10pm. Married though my wife, Beth lives in the US where she works in senior management in the financial sector. I’m in the process of migrating there however this takes time (1.5yrs in currently) so expect to be in Australia for the immediate time being and any changes happen months in advance so no issue with filling a lease etc.
Have own car and prefer off street parking simply due to potential theft.
Due to early starts not up late except the odd Friday night where I may rock out in my room with headphones on.
Enjoy a G&T after work but definitely not a drunk and asleep early almost every night and up by 5.
Spend the vast majority of my time in my room though do enjoy relaxing and socialising with others as I do now in current home.
Clean, reliable, financially sound, quiet, respectful and importantly 100% drama free!! I’m also happy to provide excellent references upon request.
My negative points are I do like to sing to music - IF NOBODY IS HOME! =) I am prescribed medical marijuana so may sneak out for a joint in the afternoon. And sadly I typically don’t cook much at home after spending years in hospitality.

*update* I have bought a full bedroom worth of furniture at my current house so have everything I require for anyone who has unfurnished listings.

*further update* Current housemate who is also first home owner has mentioned he may need to sell. This is the only reason I’m currently seriously looking for a new place.
Looking for completely self contained/granny flat type residences at this point. Also 6mth minimum stay with a possible short term extension just in case of visa delays.
