Hi, I’m Jerry, 32, originally from the Philippines. I work full‑time as a painter in a boat factory here on the Gold Coast. My wife, Rina, also 32, is studying her Master’s degree and works part‑time in retail. We’re both on valid student visas and living a stable, quiet lifestyle.

We’re looking for a clean and comfortable 1–2 bedroom unit or granny flat around Coomera, Upper Coomera, Helensvale, Oxenford, or nearby suburbs.

We’re quiet, tidy, and respectful.
We don’t smoke and don’t party.
I’ll occasionally have a beer at home, but just by myself — nothing loud or social.

We take good care of our space, keep things clean, and get along well with neighbours. We can provide references, proof of income, and ID anytime.
