I’m working full time in a disability care, looking for a clean and comfortable room to rent. I’m a non-smoker, non-drinker, and love keeping my living space tidy. I’m responsible, easy-going, and respectful of shared spaces.

Ideally, I’m looking for a place near to Smithfield or nearby suburbs.. My budget is 250-300$ and I’m hoping to move in by the 14 Feb or early.
